Nigel Farage loses his Mind... Again!

 

I consider Nigel Farage one of the few politicians in the country I would trust to tell me the time of day. He is not entirely on the ball, nor should be trusted one hundred percent; but he appears to be reasonably credible, a bit like Tulsi Gabbard in the USA or Alexis Tsipras in Greece. Yet every now and again he comes out with something utterly insane. This is one of those times. Yesterday he uploaded a video where he makes a suggestion that can only be described as reckless. He parrots the official Covid 19 rhetoric about the vaccine being the Golden Ticket to Freedom, but it gets far worse! Astonishingly, he believes that the best person in the world to help us out of this crisis is Tony Blair... You heard me right. What is it about Blair that piqued Nigel's admiration? Blair has the best strategy for vaccinating as many people as possible as quickly as possible. He compares vaccination to voting. Vaccination centres could be modelled on polling stations. He even suggests mobile vaccination centres set up in caravans or lorries, touring the country, stopping off in small villages and marching the residents through one-by-one, exactly like they do when they go to vote; and having an injection takes about the same amount of time. Like Boris Johnson, Nigel might be a maverick and a firebrand some of the time, but his views on the coronavirus and its vaccine merges so seamlessly with the establishment position that it spoils the wisdom that he is also capable of. I know it's a bit formulaic to point everywhere yelling "He's a shill! She's a shill! Everyone's a shill-shill!"; but sometimes they are. Are Nigel's family in custody like I suspect Boris' are?
