This film combines surreal science fiction with drama, comedy and documentary scenes relating to CERN, deep underground military bases, psychic warfare, electromagnetic weapons, archons and mind control in a unique and imaginative style. It is not easy to follow and you might need to see it more than once to understand it, but it is well worth the effort. There are no sound-bite answers when it comes to these subjects.
