CVD Hug-Fest

 

A meeting has taken place between four statesmen: Rhun ap Iorwerth, First Minister of Wales; Michelle O'Neil, First Minister of Northern Ireland; John Swinney, First Minister of Scotland and Mary Lou McDonald, President of Sinn Féin and leader of the opposition in the Republic of Ireland. They met in Cardiff and had a discussion about how all the so-called, and wrongly called, "Celtic" nations are now led by pro-independence politicians. "Westminster's time is coming to an end!" they said and called upon the UK government to prepare for constitutional change giving their respective countries more devolution and self-determination. This was called "the 2026 Cardiff Agreement". After that they no doubt cried on each other's shoulders and fell to the floor kicking and screaming about how the world would be a paradise if it wasn't for the "bloody English!" These national myths are incredibly difficult to dislodge and debunk. Simply explaining them or appealing to reason rarely works. People you are talking to generally will either walk away or respond with an angry ad-hominem: "What would you know!? You haven't suffered like we have!" As I've said before, this sense of suffering and being oppressed is extremely addictive. Like feminists, the Welsh, Scots and Irish have a love-hate relationship with it. I predict with confidence that if the time ever came when you could truly lift the burden of the CVD from their shoulders they would fight to defend it, Matrix style. Living life without that narcissistic sense of entitlement would be a struggle for them. The worst thing about the CVD, and this Cardiff Agreement to which it has given birth, is that eager expansionist eyes in Brussels will be watching it closely and will understand what's really going on. This is exactly what the European Union wants to hear. All of the politicians in Cardiff have a desperate longing to be free of the United Kingdom, but no such desire to be free of the EU; on the contrary. A split UK will quickly lead to Wales, Scotland and a reunited Ireland being sucked into the maw of the globalist superstate. Those four idiots in Cardiff cannot even comprehend the terrible fate that awaits their countries. As for England, it will be easier to deal with once it is alone. This is why it is vital for the people of Britain and Ireland, whichever nation you live in, to resist the Cardiff Agreement. If your leaders are oblivious to the danger then you must replace them. Less than ten percent of Welsh people want full independence from Westminster and even what we've been given so far has turned sour in our mouths. In Scotland and Northern Ireland it is different. We can only hope calmer heads prevail. Being a British unionist is no longer an imperialistic position; it is the opposite. Brexit means that Britain has led the new and real anti-colonial struggle against the real empire of the 21st century.
