The Bases at the Black Swan was one of the most enjoyable of
the many public events the Bases Project has held, see background links below for
details of some others. I interviewed Miles Johnston about the event and the
upcoming one in Ireland
here: http://hpanwo-radio.blogspot.co.uk/2017/07/programme-243-podcast-miles-johnston.html.
I met up with many old friends and made a few new ones, such as Danielle. She
had the most terrible journey to the Black Swan from her home in West
Yorkshire . She was stopped by the police over a motoring offence
that appeared too conveniently timed to be coincidental. She had her car
impounded and would have had it confiscated permanently if it hadn't been for
the solidarity and generosity of the Bases Project delegation. I introduced the
open-mic experiencers session at the event and she was the first speaker,
making her public live debut.

Danielle will shortly be a guest on HPANWO Radio, see the
entry in the Links column for upcoming details and she has her own websites
