When I first came across this story I thought it was a joke.
I assumed that Dr Astrid Stuckelberger must be some kind of internet memelord,
but no. She is a real scientist; here's her official page: https://www.astridstuckelberger.com.
Her speciality is public health and she has worked closely with the Institute
of Global Health and the United
Nations. The problem is that this report is so outlandish that it puts to shame
the "Unidentified Lying Object", see: https://hpanwo-voice.blogspot.com/2015/05/mystery-object-found-inside-lhc.html.
Last month Dr Stuckelberger appeared on the UAP Files podcast and discussed a
number of subjects. The relevant section begins about a quarter of an hour in. She
herself is not a physicist, but she has contacts in the world of particle
physics. She got involved during the Large Hadron Collider's risk assessment
over nuclear radiation emissions. She then had dinner with some of the CERN
scientists in Portugal
and during the conversation it was revealed that the universe has seventeen
dimensions, this is seven more than the prevailing published theoretical model.
I wonder why nobody has reported this publicly. The CERN scientists then
revealed that there is a door in the facility that opens onto an
interdimensional portal. Entities have emerged from this portal and have met
with the officials. The second time this happened the entity took a scarf back
with them into their own universe. It was also not a coincidence that the LHC
was restarted on the same day as a solar eclipse. The head of the project
admitted that the gigantic machine might open a stargate. Interestingly Dr Stuckelberger
has spotted the same connection I have to the Gotthard Base Tunnel opening
ceremony, see: https://hpanwo-voice.blogspot.com/2017/06/swiss-tunnel-opening-ceremony.html.
She also understands that the author JRR Tolkien had a lot of knowledge. His
stories involve magic rings, of course, and the LHC is the world's biggest
torus, a ring. Dr Stuckelberger also believes that CERN is in receipt of
extraterrestrial technology similar to that found in alien implants. Source: https://youtu.be/5HeP2eq0oPo?si=bAxbx0KxLWEtF6Ud&t=954.
There are obvious reasons to doubt this incredible
testimony. Could Dr Stuckelberger be lying? Unlikely, because I can't see how
this would benefit her; indeed I can well imagine speaking in this way publicly
would be of enormous detriment to her professionally. What about the people she
met at dinner; were they making it up for fun, maybe after a few glasses of Madeira ?
In that case wouldn't it be obvious to her? I can relate all kinds of absurd yarns
I used to hear from drunken storemen in the JRH social club. It didn't take me
long to work out that they were not meant to be believed, and Dr Stuckelberger
is much older than I was and therefore less naive. She knew these scientists
professionally as well as on a social level so I expect she would have found
out after the party what was or was not banter. What does that leave? If the
story were even partly true it would make many pieces fit with so much else,
like the Mandela Effect, see: https://hpanwo-voice.blogspot.com/2025/05/lawn-mandela.html.
The good news is that if the Illuminati created the LHC for some nefarious
purpose then it can't have been successful; or at least not completely. This is
because there are plans to build an even bigger particle accelerator; two in
fact, see: https://hpanwo-voice.blogspot.com/2019/01/lhc-plus.html
and: https://hpanwo-voice.blogspot.com/2019/10/chinese-lhc-plus.html.
Work on these new projects has not even begun yet and they will take many years
to build so we will hopefully have time to reverse their agenda.

A lot of the top scientists who are interested in the phenomenon have weird names the like of which never enter into humble social circles (speaking for myself). Leo Szilard (born Leo Spitz) and Henry Tizard are two that spring to mind. The pronunciation of Szilard is such that I would imagine the spelling as Shillard, or even Shillhard. As David Icke would say, "laugh if you like".
MT, that was what I thought about Astrid Stuckelberger. She sounds like a character from Iron Sky! I was quite surprised when I found out she was a real person.
