Psionics the Movie

Psionics- The Minds that Summon UFO's is the long-awaited debut feature film by Patrick Scott Armstrong, well-known already in the UFO community as the presenter of the Vetted YouTube channel. Patrick has been working on this project for several years and has provided behind the scenes commentaries on his channel for all that time. He has travelled long distances across the United States and interviewed many people, including me! Rather than focusing on the usual stories of congressmen, whistleblowers and hearings, which is the more conventional UFO documentary these days, Patrick addresses the phenomenon of personal contact by visiting skywatchers, contactees, experiencers and those who study the consciousness connection to UFO's and aliens. The word "psionics" is a recent popular neologism, although it can be found in limited use from 1952; but it means something that has been delved into throughout the modern UFO era. It connects to psychical research and remote viewing. John Keel was an early pioneer of this field of study and that mission has been carried forward by many people in the modern world, including Jake Barber, a military helicopter pilot who recently made an amazing announcement that he had been involved in crash-retrievals. During this mission he has had telepathic communication with the object, see: https://hpanwo-voice.blogspot.com/2025/01/egg-ufo.html. He has since founded an organization called Skywatcher that does exactly what its name says. It has been the subject of a News Nation feature. During these events, usually at night, objects appear, most often luminous; and they perform manoeuvres and respond to the participants' voices or light signals. The best known method is Dr Steven Greer's "CE5 protocols". Skywatchers claim the viewers' mental attitude is a major factor. Positive thoughts attract more aliens. This adds to the idea that ET's communicate directly through the brain and can read our minds. Some places are what are known as "portal areas", like some places in Arizona, where a particular geology might be perfect for generating electricity which has an effect on the presence of ET's. Sometimes the people record strange noises too. These sounds are very similar to the ones picked up in English crop circles. Sometimes they allegedly contact us directly through walkie-talkies. This is not unlike the EVP or "phone calls from the dead" mystery. But aliens are alive and well, so why are they doing the same thing? Patrick and his assistant Gino try remote viewing and spoon bending, as I have done. It's strange how this also connects to extraterrestrial beings. Patrick was also accompanied on these expeditions by Ron James who has just made his own UFO themed movie, see: https://hpanwo-radio.blogspot.com/2026/05/hpanwo-show-632-ron-james.html.

Patrick's quest led him to last year's Contact in the Desert which I also attended, see: https://hpanwo-tv.blogspot.com/2025/06/ben-in-desert-2.html. He interviewed me there and a brief segment can be seen about seven minutes into the main feature; I also returned the favour at the same meeting, see: https://youtu.be/SsvSlRRR4sI?si=TG7AyZQdF4iYVm6V&t=2006. The film also features one of the many posthumous appearances of Nick Pope still waiting in numerous film cans. Patrick came across many people at the conference who were happy to report their experiences to him. Patrick is very cautious and rational the whole time. Psionics is essentially a scientific investigation and he even advises all the viewers to try these techniques for ourselves; and anybody can do this. We don't need the help or approval of the government. He interviews Mick West to learn about the skeptic side of the issue. However, Patrick remains open-minded and impressed by some of what he encounters. UAP interaction can have very positive benefits to a person's life. One man he met was healed of a drug addiction and criminal behaviour by his skywatching activity. UFO's are also nothing new. In a remote part of Utah, Patrick and Gino's guide show them ancient Amerindian rock art a thousand years old that appears to depict bizarre beings in the air and strange lights. They even carved one of the rocks into a seat in just the right place to observe the sky. What's clear in Patrick's new movie, and in many others, is that UFO's are far more complicated than we might previously have thought. It may not be as simple as creatures like us, but from another planet, visiting us; or at least not in all examples of the phenomenon. There seems to be a distinct overlap between UFO's and the rest of the paranormal. We are faced with a lot of contradictory evidence. Aliens have this aetheric element to themselves, like ghosts, who can appear and disappear or become invisible etc; but they are also obviously flesh-and-blood organisms that are closely equivalent to terrestrial animals. They make footprints where they walk and when they die they leave behind a corpse. Their vehicles are constructed of known metallic or ceramic elements, albeit with extraterrestrial isotopic ratios, and do seem to be mechanical in some way. What's the solution to this conundrum? Well, unfortunately there's still a very long way to go before we find one. Even Disclosure probably will not give us all the answers because I doubt the secret government has completely solved this mystery either. Hopefully time will tell. Psionics- The Minds that Summon UFO's has a somewhat poignant subtext for anybody who has followed Patrick on social media for a long time. This project took him several years and so much of the material could have been filmed as early as 2024. So we are seeing the last ever historical document of Patrick pre-backslapper, before he took his "second red pill". In the last few months Patrick's output has changed considerably. The man himself has reached the point, of which I sympathize, where the deficiencies of the Disclosure movement became too much to tolerate. As a result he has become cynical and bitter, even quite misanthropic towards many of the researchers and commentators whom most people rely on to keep us informed; especially those who are admittedly making money off their activities. For those of us who still maintain some positivity and patience with this process, it's getting harder and harder to justify our dogged optimism; and persuade detractors like Patrick not to quit. In my view, something is still rolling along, often behind the scenes. I have explained why many times, see: http://hpanwo.blogspot.com/2020/02/ufo-disclosure-portal.html. Ross Coulthart has a typically Australian bluntness towards his critics; that this is not some kind of entertainment for #UFOTwitter, it's a serious business and people directly uninvolved are not always entitled to know what's going on. If Patrick is proved right I will feel disappointed, but if I am proved right, Patrick will miss out on all the fun! He has uninvited himself from the party. Psionics- The Minds that Summon UFO's is now available on a house site for a reasonable fee, see: https://www.psionics.film. The basic payment also grants you access to the extended reel with longer form interviews with some of those featured... but not me this time.
