Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor has been arrested. The former
prince and brother of the reigning monarch is currently in a police cell using
a toilet with no paper and eating tasteless beef curry out of a box with a
cardboard scoop. No doubt he'll be wishing he really did dine out at Pizza
Express. I want to be the first one to say... Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor did
NOT kill himself. "Who said that, Ben?" I hear you ask. Well, the
entire mainstream media in a few months time probably. Unless, this really is the
moment when the house of cards falls. The most evil conspiracy of them all is
finally going to be exposed. As I've said before, it's going to be traumatic,
but it is a monster we have to face up to. Let's get it over with! See: https://hpanwo-voice.blogspot.com/2026/01/third-epstein-file-release.html.
The King has given a public statement: "I
have learned with the deepest concern the news about Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor
and suspicion of misconduct in public office. What now follows is the full,
fair and proper process by which this issue is investigated in the appropriate
manner and by the appropriate authorities. In this, as I have said before, they
have our full and wholehearted support and co-operation. Let me state clearly:
the law must take its course. As this process continues, it would not be right
for me to comment further on this matter. Meanwhile, my family and I will
continue in our duty and service to you all. Charles R." Interesting
that at no time does he refer to Andrew as his brother or as somebody in his
family. Did the former prince expect loyalty? The police have said: "As part of the investigation, we have
today (19/2) arrested a man in his sixties from Norfolk on suspicion of misconduct in public
office and are carrying out searches at addresses in Berkshire and Norfolk . The man remains in police custody at this
time. We will not be naming the arrested man, as per national guidance. Please
also remember that this case is now active so care should be taken with any
publication to avoid being in contempt of court... Following a thorough
assessment, we have now opened an investigation into this allegation of
misconduct in public office. It is important that we protect the integrity and
objectivity of our investigation as we work with our partners to investigate
this alleged offence. We understand the significant public interest in this
case, and we will provide updates at the appropriate time." The
offence named "misconduct in public office" sounds rather staid, like
a minor white collar misdemeanour, but it is in fact a serious felony and can
result in prison for life. In years past he might have been hanged. Yes, HMCR3
may end up turning the key on his own brother "at his pleasure" as
the saying goes. I don't know what will come of this; it's too soon to tell.
This is breaking news, but more will emerge in time. All that is certain is
that the status quo of cover-up and denial has vanished, and that can only be a
good thing. God protect our children!

The "suspicion of misconduct in public office" relates to his role as Trade Envoy. There was a similar sensation when they raided Cliff Richard's apartment but look what happened there: fully exonerated and singing, 'We Don't Talk Anymore' live during the lockdown: We Don't Talk Anymore
At this point I'm wondering if, once he is formally charged, he will be bailed or held on remand to await trial. A judge will have to make the unenviable decision as to whether or not he constitutes a flight risk. If he's remanded he will have a very tough time. I assume they would have to keep him in solitary for his own safety.
Andrew's charges don't relate to as you phrase it "The most evil conspiracy of them all is finally going to be exposed. As I've said before, it's going to be traumatic, but it is a monster we have to face up to. Let's get it over with!" It's "misconduct in public office" which relates to him passing on sensitive/confidential information to Epstein which could be a criminal offence. It could also be a danger to national security such as accusations levelled at Mandelson. I think it's more telling and reassuring we still have the rule of law in the UK where power and influence is no protection from wrongdoing unlike the US, where it seems to be the complete opposite under the current administration. It was sad to see how far that country has now fallen in terms of corruption to see Trump claiming he is completely exonerated of any wrongdoing without any investigation when commenting on Andrew (the man now discovering how to sweat...)
Anon1. I certainly agree with the last part; but, as I said last night on HPANWO Radio, it is unthinkable and indeed a legal impossibility that Andrew's suspicion can somehow be compartmentalized from Epstein's own crimes. We have the "Russian lady" email, the photo with Virginia, Sarah F's friendship with Epstein post-2008. The only way to save themselves from that would be for the CCTV to be turned off again; and I wouldn't put it past them! Hence the ironic joke.
Yes definitely he'd be given special treatment. He will get bail of some kind probably, although I doubt if you or I would in such circumstances. I think they're hoping he will fly, it may be the only thing keeping him alive.
I am concerned for Andrew's safety, not cos I care about his slimy arse, but because of all the other people he could take down with him. I hope he's being carefully watched or somebody might take the same measures as they did with his mate Jeff to make sure Andrew doesn't talk anymore!
