RDH Trial Final Verdict

See here for essential background: https://hpanwo-voice.blogspot.com/2024/07/rdh-lawsuit-mini-portal.html.
The judge has ruled in favour of the claimants. Mrs Justice Steyn has decided that Richard broke Section 1 of the Protection from Harassment Act 1997. Source: https://www.judiciary.uk/judgments/martin-hibbert-and-another-v-richard-d-hall-2/. Obviously, for reasons I detail in the background, this is an abomination. Sadly it is not unexpected. I don't know what happens next, but I know Richard will carry on fighting. This ruling will trigger a worrying new process in Common Law in which other people can be sued for doing what Richard did; that is, vocally doubt the official story of terrorist atrocities. Who will be next? Me? At least nobody can kid themselves anymore that there are no conspiracies to silence dissenters.

I agree the case was so narrow , and the idea that people are offended by the book or video Richard produced or that he harassed them is silly 🤪 .i urge Richard to appeal this verdict.

Absolutely, Gordon and I'm sure Richard will.
