One of the closest relationships I've had since I entered
the online world over eighteen years ago is somebody known as
"Slaxxxer", real name Dave. Despite the fact that we live very close
to each other, for some strange reason we have never met... until now! We
bumped into each other by chance.

Dave looked and sounded very different to how I thought he would be. He was shorter and had a different style of speech. Maybe that's normal when comparing internet to real life meetings.
