Richard D Hall has had another court hearing. A lot has
happened since his trial. He is going to try and appeal to the European Court
of Human Rights because his predicament clearly violates Article 10 and 6
relating to free expression and a fair trial. (I have always advocated for Britain
quitting the ECHR, but if Richard can make it work in his favour then I'll be
pleased.) He has also been served with a statutory demand from the claiments
that could declare him bankrupt. If this happens he might be forced to sell his
house and give up all his other assets. He has a young son who might be made
homeless with him. Then on Friday he announced that when he turned up in court,
albeit online, the hearing was not what it was previously supposed to be. He
had been led to believe it was a "directions hearing", but it turned
out to be a full hearing. He and his solicitor had therefore not been able to
prepare for it and the judge ruled against him. Surely this is not lawful; in
fact it sounds to me like a legal fraud, an attempt to pervert the course of
justice. Even in Starmer's Britain
you can't trick people into court. I hope that Richard's solicitor will get it
dismissed for that reason. There will soon be a full bankrupcy hearing at the Merthyr
Tydfil Law Courts soon. Source: https://www.richplanet.net/legal.php.
In the meantime, please donate as much as you can afford to Richard's fund to
spare his ten year old son Lewis from being kicked out of his family home, see:

For a long time I've believed that the judicial system is a parasitic excrescence which only exists to serve the interests of the state and of itself. I suppose by default it usually does dispense fairness to ordinary people when the state has no stake in the matter but that isn't extended to people like Richard D Hall who contradict official narratives. I hope it goes well for him but the courts are more political in nature than ever before and that includes the ECHR.
In the particular case of our country I feel justified in using the word parasitic. There are 2.69 lawyers (Solicitors & barristers) per 1000 people in England & Wales. The comparable figure for Japan is 0.365. What are they all doing? Are we a 7x more just society than Japan or 7x more efficient?
Totally with you there, MT. As I said at the start of this sad period, the state has brought in this new tactic of enrolling litigious paramilitaries. They did this to Alex Jones and now they've moved on to Richard.
MT The reason for the disparity in solicitors/barristers between Japan and the UK is the difference in crime rates in most/all types. Burglary rates in Japan are notably lower, with figures around 30-40 incidents per 100,000 people, in contrast to the UK's rate of 600-700 incidents per 100,000.Robbery rates are also much lower in Japan, with figures around 3.7 per 100,000 people compared to over 270 per 100,000 in the UK. Japan's intentional homicide rate is exceptionally low, estimated at around 0.3 per 100,000 people. The United Kingdom's homicide rate is significantly higher, though the exact figures vary by source, it's generally around 1.2 per 100,000 people.
We need a revolution. To remove the current shower and install Richard as our new king.
As Brian Blessed would say "Good King Richard!"
MT, that could well be it. Japan is famous for its low crime rates, at least for violence and theft, the crimes that most concern the average person.
The new Banksy on the Royal courts pretty much sums up the relationship between barristers and the people. Also very telling how quickly the 'establishment' covered it up from public view.
I've just googled it and, yes, it says it all. I also saw the screens put up round it in sheer terror. It's going to be obliterated. Too late! We've all seen it and photographed it.
