My Letter to the Bank

I've just sent the following letter to my bank:

 

Dear Lloyds TSB,

 

I am writing to you under Article 61 of the Magna Carta Libertatum of 1215- on the subject of conditions for Lawful Rebellion.

 

Re: Personal Loan number: (number)

And: the overdraft on Silver Account sort code: (number) number: (number)

 

I have reviewed the loan agreement that I signed and that of the overdraft I've been using, and information has come to my attention that makes me suspect that the terms and conditions are misleading, unlawful and may contravene Articles 10 and 11 of the Magna Carta Libertatum of 1215, as well as other documentations relating to the Declaration of Right of 1688, and other laws making up the Constitution of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and United Kingdom Crown Colonies, Territories and Dependencies. (Notwithstanding more recent statutes of repeal which are also unlawful.) (As an aside, for your information, I should warn you that your lending policy may also contravene the constitutions of many other sovereign states across the world in which Lloyds TSB, or its partners, clients and contractors, may operate.) Therefore I am suspending all repayments on my personal loan and Silver Account overdraft until this matter can be resolved.

 

I am also suspending all use of my Lloyds TSB Silver Account, my ISA account and my Lloyds TSB Supersaver Account for any purpose whatsoever in order to avoid the charge of being an accessory to a fraudulent and unconstitutional action, and conspiracy to commit an action in breach of the aforementioned Constitution. This suspension will be lifted if, and when, this matter is resolved.

 

Suggestions for resolving this matter:

 

1. I would like Lloyds TSB to arrange for me an expenses-paid trip to the Bank of England in London (This will cost approximately £23, £16 for a return ticket on the Oxford Tube Coach service and another £7 for a ticket on the London Underground). There I wish to be allowed to view the gold bullion and deposit of coinage in the Bank's vaults on which the promissory funds I was lent are backed up. I am happy to cooperate with any security arrangements thereof that the Bank should require.

 

2. I would like to be presented with documentation, that I can take away with me to be examined by a Common Law solicitor of my choice, which irrefutably proves that the promissory funds I was lent are directly backed up by the gold and coinage I viewed in the Bank of England vaults.

 

3. In the event of Suggestions 1 and 2 being fulfilled, I would like my loan agreement to be cancelled and replaced with a contract in accordance with the conditions of the Bills and Exchange Act of 1882.

 

On the successful resolution of this matter, ie: that my loan and Silver Account overdraft are in fact lawful and constitutional, I will immediately lift the suspension on my repayments of my personal loan and my repayments of my Silver Account overdraft; thenceforth all repayments on both will resume as per my new lending contracts. Also I will resume all normal use of all my three Lloyds TSB accounts; if you give your permission, naturally.

 

Please note: I will be unavailable for contact until Tuesday September the 11th. Post will be stored for my collection. Please do not call until that date as my landline is shared by others in my home. All calls may be recorded.

 

(Fees: Please note: I charge a fee of £100 per every ten words of your correspondence I'm required to read and reply to, but this is discounted to £150 per 20 words for a single letter of more than one hundred words. I have sent this by recorded delivery; one copy to the bank's collections centre and another copy to the CEO of the bank. The Truth and Conspiratorial movement is a very multi-disciplinary and holistic thing which covers such a wide variety of subjects: Government and politics of course, but also law, medicine, industry, military forces, religion, education, science... this list is endless and I've always tried to make HPANWO an organization which addresses all these subjects equally. We're a kind of Jack-of-all-trades, but-master-of-none. One area I think I have neglected, especially in terms of my own personal activism, is economics. This is something I must remedy because economics is one of the most important of all these subjects. I was inspired, to quote my comedy character Butt, to "get off my backside and DO SOMETHING!" (See: http://hpanwo-tv.blogspot.co.uk/2010/02/but-you-do-nothing-posers.html) partly because I've been forced into it due to being discharged from the Hospital Portering Service;... maybe this is what I needed to experience in my life for that reason... but that's a big subject. Basically, I took out a personal loan just before I got sacked, not to buy a big, fast car or go on a cruise to Thailand, but so I could pay for a home to bring up my daughter; and this has now left me in a position where I'm in the same debt-trap that so many others are, and even entire nations are, like Greece and Ireland; and it's especially bad in Third World countries where little kids are starving to death while their Government is paying back non-existent money to the International Monetary Fund. Debt is like a millstone around the neck of a swimmer! It's tearing the world apart. It's causing misery, injury and death on an incalculable scale! However the idiotic and insulting tirade by David Gauke a couple of weeks ago, also inspired me, see: http://hpanwo-voice.blogspot.co.uk/2012/07/cash-in-hand-traders-under-attack.html I have not completely neglected this subject, see the "Post-Illuminati World" section of the HPANWO Index, but I need to make it a higher priority.

 

I know some people reading my letter know a lot more about this subject than and me, and they will say: "But you didn't say this quite right, Ben." or "You got that bit wrong, Ben." "You should have said this instead, Ben." But bear with me; I'm just getting used to dealing with this subject; I'm happy for comments of advice from anybody. The letter I wrote is based on honest research that I've done over the years, and especially the last few weeks, and any mistakes I made can be corrected. I'll post all updates on the Voice as and when they occur.

 

It's part of my personality to speak plainly in the kind of language I normally use, and to make a distinct ethical statement with all my actions. I'm never satisfied with just finding a way to "beat the system". It's a strange thing, but the simple act of writing this letter has filled me with, if not quite joy, a sense of overwhelming relief and contentment. It's like being outdoors on a very cold day, freezing and icy, you're shivering and your fingers are numb; and then suddenly you step into a warm room with all the heaters on and somebody hands you a mug of warm coffee. Or conversely, imagine yourself stepping into a cool, air-conditioned room after a long walk in the sun on a hot and humid summer's day and somebody hands you a chilled glass of beer. That's how I feel. I do recommend trying it yourself.

Basics Card

The Australian Government have introduced a scheme called the "Basics Card" which would mean people on benefits would have their money given them on the card which will be not exchangeable for cash and can only be used to buy food, electricity, gas and other essentials. This article portrays the scheme as racism against the Aborigines, but I think it's far more serious than that. Neil Armstrong Dies

                                    August 5, 1930 – August 25, 2012

 Neil Armstrong has died at the age of 82 after complications during surgery on his heart. He was born to a Scottish-American family in Ohio in 1930. From an early age he showed a keen interest in aircraft and longed to become a pilot. He joined the US Navy in 1949 and became a naval aviator during the Korean War. After the war he left the US Navy and enrolled at university It was there that he joined the Phi Delta Theta secret society, which is similar to Skull and Bones and Phi Beta Kappa. It's an organization whose members have also included the US President Benjamin Harrison, the actor Burt Reynolds and a Chief Justice of the United States.

After university he got a job as a test pilot at Edwards Airforce Base, in later years the landing place for many Space Shuttle missions. He flew new supersonic jet and rocket planes with the likes of Chuck Yeager. He was very successful and had several narrow escapes from crashing and this led gradually to him being spotted by the talent scouts of the newly formed National Aeronautics and Space Administration- NASA. He joined the Apollo Programme in 1967 after the tragic Apollo 1 fire and ended up as commander of Apollo 11, the mission that we've been told achieved the first manned moon landing. We've been told is the operative word because I doubt that vehemently and have said so several times, EG, see: http://hpanwo-voice.blogspot.co.uk/2012/07/marcus-allen-at-bis-update.html Whatever secrets Armstrong might have held, he took them to his grave. If the truth about the Apollo missions is ever to be confirmed or denied, it's not going to come from him. On the 25th of August 2012 Neil Armstrong died after surgery on his coronary arteries. Then again, who knows. This event might be the catalyst that will lead to some kind of revelation.

One of the most interesting and little-known facts about Neil Armstrong was that in 1975 he got involved in the quest to find the mysterious "Metal Library" in Peru. (This subject is being currently reexamined by Philip Coppens, see: http://www.philipcoppens.com/metal_libr.html) What motivated him to embark into such an esoteric field of knowledge I don't know. But then again he was always a very deep and private character. He was known to be a shy and uncommunicative man and had as little contact with the media as he could get away with, following his rise to fame when he returned to Earth after Apollo 11. Perhaps his initiation into the secret world of black budget government military endeavour, as well as his acceptance into the dusty halls of elite university fraternities, triggered an awakening into alternative thought. But like all his thoughts, he kept them strictly to himself. If he never revealed the truth about the moon landings then I do not condemn him for it. After all he had a wife, children and parents to care for, and whose lives he valued, like most other people who are given these secrets. My deepest condolences to them.

As you may be aware, I represent survivors of Anglican residential schools operated by the Crown of England across Canada since 1832. For some years now, we have campaigned to win redress for victims of these facilities, and full disclosure of crimes committed under the auspices of the Crown and Church of England.

Last October, at the oldest such Anglican school in Canada, the Mohawk Industrial School in Brantford, Ontario, we commenced excavatiions at the site of alleged mass graves of children who died in that facility. We have already discovered forensic evidence confirming these deaths.

We have also learned that the Huron Diocese of your church, and Bishop Bob Bennett, has concealed documentary evidence of the deaths of children at this institution, and are actively covering up the fact that church officials apparently knew and condoned these deaths of Mohawk children.

As part of an international inquiry sponsored by European human rights agenices, I will be in England in September. I would appreciate the opportunity to sit down with the Archbishop at that time, at his convenience, in order to discuss these matters.

Please be advised that officials of your church will be named in upcoming class action lawsuits. I urge you and the Archbishop to meet with me to try to resolve this situation.

The United Church of Canada, the church Kevin Annett was once ordained in and then defrocked (See: http://hpanwo-radio.blogspot.co.uk/2012/08/programme-7-podcast-return-of-kevin.html), has appointed a controversial and highly untrustworthy man to act as "Moderator", the head of the church, the equivalent of the Archbishop of Canterbury: Gary Paterson. He's the first openly homosexual Moderator the church has ever had, so clearly his appointment is very politically correct, making it harder to criticize him. This may be related to the probable ulterior motive for the church choosing Paterson as their boss; you see, Paterson is a sworn enemy of the ITCCS. He vehemently opposes any exposure or investigation into the alleged crimes against humanity and criminal conspiracy that Kevin has accused them of. He has ridiculed and abused individuals who have petitioned him on the matter. He's the perfect "Mr Fix-it" in the perfect position to maintain the wall of silence and withhold the justice we so badly need. He looks very sweet in the photo above, doesn't he? With that ecclesiastic smile, tending diligently to his flock. But looks can be deceptive! Beware of him!

Julian Assange at the Ecuador Embassy

One of the main news stories at the moment is that Julian Assange, founder of Wikileaks, is trapped at the Embassy of Ecuador in London. See: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-19310335 That country has granted him political asylum. The only problem is that he has to leave the Embassy to travel to Ecuador and the British Government does not recognize Assange's claim, so they will arrest him if he sets foot outside the building. He's like a mediaeval fugitive seeking sanctuary in a church.

It's interesting that these false allegations made against Assange are sex offences. What better to discredit his name? Funny how the same thing happened to Roman Polanski. He was prosecuted for having sex with a girl a few months below the age of consent in 1977! This case didn't kick off until 2009 while he was filming The Ghost, a film which was a satire of Tony Blair, see: http://hpanwo-voice.blogspot.co.uk/2010/07/roman-polanski-not-to-be-extradited.html and: http://hpanwo-voice.blogspot.co.uk/2010/04/ghost-writer.html Coincidence? No way! The problem with sex offences, and therefore the reason the authorities have chosen this type of crime to try and pin on him, is that in this day and age, society is under enormous pressure from Cultural Marxist ideas like feminism. This means once this accusation is made it's extremely difficult to wash off; a man can't possibly be innocent of rape... can he?

As is often the case though, there is another side to this story. We must be wary in case the situation we're witnessing here is not just some massive bluff. Questions have been raised over the integrity of Julian Assange and it's possible that he's controlled opposition; I know many people who are convinced on this.
