The Program

 

James Fox' new documentary, The Program (sic), is one of the most hotly anticipated new movies in present day UFOlogy, and that's in quite a crowded market. It was a very troubled production. The Anglo-American film maker has had to wait a long time before releasing his new and updated report on the UFO scene because a previous distributor pulled the rug out. That will no doubt have allowed him to add new scenes, so I'm sure the time was not wasted. A lot has changed in the world, especially the United States, in the intervening period, see: https://hpanwo.blogspot.com/2021/01/donald-trump-portal.html. The film is not cheap, £15 to buy on Amazon UK. Once again there is no rental option. Is it worth it? The style is similar to James' other productions, see background links below. There are some very well composed time-lapse vignettes. It begins with a recap of the history behind the current situation and includes interviews with people who haven't yet spoken out about it, like Andre Carson. The narrative moves on to interviews with a series of people who claim to have insider information on the UAP programme; some speaking out anonymously. However a few are quite prepared to talk openly in a lit location and giving their full identity, like Lenval Logan, somebody I had not heard of before. Some witnesses are more famous and often more controversial, like Jason Sands; although his story sounds like many other close encounters and it is accompanied by newly released footage. Some participants are very persuasive; Sarah Gamm, in particular, impressed me with her testimony. There is one scene where she gives a long pause before answering a question and there is a close-up of her facial expression that I sense is sincere. He is dubbed "Naval X", in the same pattern as the Brazilian "Military X" in Moment of Contact.

The Program delves into a quite old but very important piece of UFO Disclosure history, the case of Gary McKinnon. It includes some new and often quite shocking information about Gary's case regarding his personal experience. He interviews Dr David Clarke, Nick Pope (of course!) and Craig Lindsay. Fox believes he has found the exact location the photo was taken; this has always been a big mystery. In one scene Fox confronts Dr Clarke over the same conundrum I had with him, that "Folklore man" had ruled out a non-human origin for the object. Clarke's response was not included in the film. The Program is a good summary and introduction to the modern Disclosure discourse and "New UFOlogy". A lot of it I'm already familiar with, because I'm such an enthusiast that little escapes me attention; but it contains some information I had never heard of before and some intriguing interviews with people who have hitherto remained silent. Is it worth the fifteen quid? Although it is less groundbreaking than Moment of Contact I would still say yes.

Skullduggery

 

I can't remember who recommended me the film Skullduggery, https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0066384/, but they said it would suit me. The subject matter does, but it was very badly executed. I don't know if this is a pattern, but it is based on a French novel, like Planet of the Apes, another clanger. Do French novels always adapt into bad English movies? The lead is played by Burt Reynolds, normally one of my favourite actors. I know him primarily for his series of outstanding comedy road movies directed by Hal Needham such as Cannonball Run and Smokey and the Bandit. His character in this film really makes no sense. Well, it seems to split into two halfway through the film. He is, on the one hand, a classic 60's alpha male; conventionally good-looking, pragmatic, single-minded and materialistic. He and his friend have a plan to make their fortune mining a mineral in Papua New Guinea for use in making televisions; a reference to third world commodity exploitation in the western luxury goods industry. Indeed, Skullduggery tries in vain to become an early form of eco-fiction; a proto-Avatar. This falls flat on its face because of the failure to make Reynolds' character credible. It's almost inevitable that he would end up in the love interest subplot, a must for all films of that era; but his relationship with the leading lady, played by Susan Clark, is bootstrapped very badly into the narrative. They seem poorly matched as a couple with zero chemistry. She plays a scientist studying the "Tropies", a species of cryptid primate living in the middle of the island's dense forest. Reynolds and his mate decide to use Tropi slaves on their mining operation as unpaid labour. For a while it looks like the story is blending with my own novel Rockall, see: https://hpanwo-bb.blogspot.com/2009/02/rockall-chapter-1.html. So where is the Dill Gibson? The answer is almost unbelievable; Reynolds' character becomes the Dill Gibson. It appears even the film makers themselves seem to realize how inadequate their composition is because in one scene Clark says to Reynolds "I never knew you were the bleeding heart type." Nor did anybody else, especially this viewer. There is no process or development explaining Reynolds' transformation. Ideally that role should have been the domain of another character, but no such character was ever written. So when Reynolds decides on the spot that he is no longer the hard-headed entrepreneur and is instead a crusading humanitarian conservationist, he ends up in court accused of murder when one of the Tropies dies. The essence of the trial is whether the Tropies are human or not. This could have been a profound storyline, exploring what it means to be human in a deep spiritual sense, but instead it all came down to whether they were fertile with humans and whether they had a spoken language etc. What a missed opportunity Skullduggery is. The title is also very odd; and it's spelled differently from the similar word "skulduggery". I'm not sure why it was chosen, possibly because skulls appear a lot in the film.

Why I left FMOTL

 

One of the central drives of the Truth movement in the 2000's and early 2010's was the "Freeman on the Land" movement and it's associated philosophies. It was embodied by its charismatic chief theorist, John Harris, see background links below. I was very keen on its ideas and the people proposing it. I was a member of TPUC, went on protests and attended British Constitution Group meetings. FMOTL sounded like the perfect solution. The very law of the land itself contained the means to undo the New World Order and change our society into a just and free one. It even sounded easy; certainly controlled and non-violent. Today I have completely abandoned FMOTL. How I rejected its ideas is a long and complicated story, but I am not alone. In fact most people I know who used to be Freemen are now as cynical about it as I am. Several things have happened that made me realize that it is wrong. The first was the fate of Carla Buckle. Carla is a friend of mine who used to help run the group Oxfordshire and Berkshire Seeking Solutions. She endured fifteen minutes of media infamy after she refused to pay her council tax and was jailed. I remember talking to her about this before she started her project. She had researched it thoroughly and examined every element of the legal situation and was confident that the authorities could not wriggle out of it... The second lesson I learned is far more recent, the defeat of Richard D Hall at the Royal Courts of Justice, see: https://hpanwo-voice.blogspot.com/2024/07/rdh-lawsuit-mini-portal.html. I have not rejected FMOTL because I think it is fundamentally incorrect, morally or lawfully; it is not. I've rejected FMOTL because it is impractical. It is based on the assumption that our enemy has a sense of fair play and will obey its own rules when those rules are wielded against them. It will not. In both Richard and Carla's court cases, the defendants technically won. They were both right, but they still "lost", meaning that the government just replied with a "So what? Yah-boo sucks to you, we're still going to screw you!"

I'm a big fan of the science fiction TV series Blakes 7; it is one of the most interesting and meaningful TV shows ever made. There's an episode called "Voice from the Past" in which a group of three rebels plan to overthrow the Federation by establishing a legal challenge to its rule. The leader of the Federation, Servalan, responds simply by cornering the three and killing them. In the classics this is called a "Melian dialogue", a conversation in which only one side has the power. It is from an incident in which Athens blockaded the island of Melos in 416 BC and negotiated with the captives. There is no point trying to use the system to overthrow the system. So what is the solution then, Ben? I hear you ask. To be frank, this country has become so authoritarian that there is actually a limit to how I can answer that question without ending up in prison myself. I will say this much, I still have faith in something coming out of left field. It might be something else we haven't yet heard of. All I know is that I must stay on course in the present. We need patience. The future must be left where it is.

Alien Interview- Case Closed, a Review

In my country we don't celebrate Thanksgiving. (We do have Black Friday, ironically, because we're so materialistic, but the spiritual family side of this season we ignore.) For those in nations which do celebrate it, such as across North America, this Thanksgiving has been different. On that day Jon Stewart's documentary has finally been released. It has the hubristic subtitle Case Closed; does it live up to that? The one hour forty-nine minute film begins with an introduction to the case and some brief clips, including the two-minute fifty-five second piece of footage that is the centre of this entire mystery. Jon posits the points that he has made before in my own productions, and which I agree with, that this footage is very likely to be genuine. Despite its long recap act, aimed at people with no previous knowledge, the film does contain a huge amount of new information though; including the cherry on the cake, the alleged identity of "Victor" himself. The anchor of this programme is a studio interview with Jon hosted by the Rev. Michael J Carter, renowned for his role in the Ancient Aliens TV series. Jon describes how this investigation gave him a new lease of life when he was going through a bad patch. He called people and wrote to them, looking for information on the various features of the footage, as he also explains in the above links. Whitley Strieber is quoted. He believes that the "blip" device visible in the footage is not a specialized medical monitor, as most researchers think, but a communications method the ET's use. This is because he saw the same light pattern in his vision while writing his own alien abduction book Communion. Jon reports facing considerable opposition. His emails were deleted just before he was due to be interviewed by Jeff Rense and he was warned not to mention John McCain even though Jon is well-connected politically; because of his run for Illinois Governor and his support for Senator Mark Kirk who was so shocked by the information Jon gave him. More controversially, however, Jon has worked closely with Richard Doty. Doty's activities in the UFO community are notorious; he ran the "Aviary" spy ring in the 1980's. I, on the other hand, do not think we should ignore Doty's testimony; however we should treat it with enormous caution. Jon has also used statement analysis on Victor's original 1996 interview. As I've often said, statement analysis seems to be most popular among people who have essentially given up on all other forms of scholarship. This does not make it useless, but it should never be employed as a replacement for other methods. To be fair, Jon never tries to do that. Doty gives him the codename "Bird Dog". Jon draws significantly on an anonymous source, a practice that has caused numerous fingers of ridicule and suspicion to point at all of us, especially in recent years. However, before anybody does so now, bear in mind that skeptics like Annie Jacobsen did the same thing when she investigated her Roswell horror story and nobody criticized her for that, see: https://hpanwo-voice.blogspot.com/2024/09/area-51-by-annie-jacobsen.html. This anonymous information may one day be proven true by other means so we shouldn't reject it as a reflex.

Jon Stewart believes his own inquiries might have set in motion the process that led to David Grusch coming forward. This cannot be proved, but I've often found that apparently unconnected events can initiate synchronistically, as if there is "something in the air". I won't reveal the identity of Victor in this review because I would consider that a terrible spoiler, but when I found out I was very surprised. I assumed Victor would be an ordinary person without a public profile, somebody I'd never heard of, but he is not; at least not within the Conspirasphere. His is a name I'm very familiar with and have been for a long time. He is well-known in the community of conspiratorial UFOlogy and has written several books, one of which I've read more than once. I think the imagery matches are not distinct enough for certainty, but there is a noteworthy resemblance. There are also some examples of Victor's voice being demodulated and he does sound similar to Jon's nomination; but further study will be needed there. Victor does not have this person's "Deep South" accent. I also know somebody who has spent some time with this person and they reported to me that his personality can be agitated and sullen, just like Victor. This is as close as anybody has ever got to a positive ID on Victor. I know exactly what the skeptics and backslappers will say in response to Alien Interview- Cased Closed; in fact I could almost write the script for the next Steven Cambian livestream. "Where's the evidence?" These people will never be satisfied unless somebody wheels a dead alien into Congress on a trolley, and Grusch and Elizondo are frogmarched away in handcuffs. Ross Coulthart explains the situation with typical Australian bluntness; Disclosure is not some kind of entertainment set up for the benefit of UFO Twitter. It is a serious and crucial process that sometimes has to be done privately in the background and can take quite a while. We social media users are not always entitled to be told every single thing that's going on as and when it happens. We need to be patient. I also dispute the common slur that UFO cinema is a "grift!", just a way of making money. I know enough about film-making to realize that the kind of production Alien Interview- Cased Closed is compared to its estimated revenue means it's unlikely Jon will ever make a net profit on this venture. Jon has written to Senator Chuck Schumer, the man who bravely tried to amend the NDAA25 to include "the Disclosure bill". I hope Schumer will share it with Tim Burchett, Nancy Mace, Anna Paulina Luna and the other decent politicians now on the side of UAP transparency. The film ends with a touching tribute segment in the credits that includes Jon's father. I think anybody with an interest in UFO's and aliens will get something out of this movie. As for deserving the "case closed" part? No, in my view the case is not yet closed, but Jon's research has certainly inched us much closer to that goal. Dr Peter Fenwick Dies

 

I'm sad to report that Dr Peter Fenwick has died. For a man who dedicated his life to researching near-death experiences, it's poignant to think he has now experienced the complete real thing himself. Dr Fenwick was a neuroscientist who originally studied epilepsy. He did much of his clincal work at the Radcliffe Infirmary in Oxford, before the unit moved to the John Radcliffe site. He was perfectly capable of defending his postion against the most ardent naysayers. Dr Fenwick gave the gift to so many people of fascination and inspiration; but, even more important, hope and comfort. I hope his loved ones find some of that at this time. He passed away peacefully last Friday at the age of eighty-nine. Rest in Peace, Dr Fenwick.

Countdown to Trump Inauguration

It's definitely time to trigger the backslappers! I have created a countdown clock to the moment of the inauguration of President Donald Trump. This is set to take place on the 20th of January next year at 5 PM GMT, midday US Eastern Standard Time. At this point the United States will enter a new era. This will inevitably affect the rest of the world, especially nations with a close allegiance to the USA, like my own. Scorched Earth 2- Supreme Court

I've been watching an excellent interview between two American political commentators, Stephen Gardner and Charles Marino and they ask some very pertinent questions. The two-and-a-half month period between an outgoing US president's loss at the election and the inauguration of the new one is known as "lame duck" because nothing much is done that is not essential. Congress it not sitting, the transition is the main focus and no decisions are made except ones of an emergency nature. The administration is focused on establishing its new officials in time for its renewal. It is all a part of the "peaceful transfer of power", that now infamous maxim. Sometimes emergencies do occur. One of the most famous examples for anybody in the know about UFO's was the Christmas 1980 standoff between NATO and the USSR when Soviet troops massed on the border of Poland in response to the Solidarity uprising, see: https://hpanwo-tv.blogspot.com/2023/08/rendlesham-forest-non-human-tour.html. During this fearful couple of weeks the lame duck president, Jimmy Carter, handled the crisis in conjunction with the President-elect, Ronald Reagan, and his incoming executive. This is normal practice during the lame duck period. No such courtesy has been afforded to Trump. As far as we know, the outgoing Biden administration has totally ignored Trump, apart from that short little photoshoot at the White House to appease the press, see: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0A8rlma-sDY. Obviously Joe Biden is not running the country, he couldn't even point to Russia on a map; and even Kamala Harris seems to be keeping her head down since her election defeat. So who is running America right now? Whoever they are, they are unelected and not keeping Trump's transition team in the loop. This is worrying because some have compared the current escalation of the Ukraine conflict to the Cuban Missile Crisis; and unlike the 1962 confrontation, this one has been initiated and provoked by the United States and its NATO allies. According to another journalist, Simon Ateba, Whoever is behind the Biden regime is trying to fast-track new nominations to the US Supreme Court. As I explained in the previous articles in this series, The President of the United States does not deserve his common tagline, "the most powerful man in the world". In fact the entire American system is set up to prevent one person gaining too much power. I'm not a fan of governments generally and regular readers will know that I favour political decentralization; however, as governments go, the US model is probably about as good as they get. The Supreme Court has the authority to overrule the President's executive orders. At the moment the Court is mostly full of Trump appointees or those friendly to Trump from past administrations. The only one Biden appointed was Ketanji Brown Jackson. She is comparatively young and so will probably be there for a while, but the others are all far older. Many will retire or die in the next four years, giving Trump an opportunity to maintain a patriotic populist presence in this third branch of government for a number of future election cycles. Apparently there is pressure being put on the existing elder judges, and indeed those in other federal courts, to take an early retirement so their replacements can be made before Trump has a chance to put his own people in. Federal judges are not elected and can only leave of their own choice, when they are dismissed or when they pass away. They are appointed by the President. Somebody commented under the video that they had heard Naomi Wolf on a radio show called Brannon Howse World View Report saying that Trump could get in early. I can't find a citation for this, but Naomi Wolf is somebody I respect. She is a former feminist who saw the light and became an anti-New World Order activist. According to Naomi, Congress can order the President-elect to be inaugurated early in an emergency situation; it can be done legally. If so then the current event does obviously count as an emergency. I hope it is possible.

A Winter Off?

Following the election of Donald Trump for US President, world events have been affected as a result; as I wrote previously, see: https://hpanwo-voice.blogspot.com/2024/11/scorched-earth.html. Therefore, the question must be asked, how will this influence the geoengineers as the northern winter approaches? I think possibly they may not even try their usual stunts because their lords and masters will have their minds on other things; and they seem to have opted for the Red Horse this time, as I explain in the link above. So, a good sign that the Illuminati are in dire straits would be if this year we experience a "natural" winter. Now, that is a tricky issue to gauge because what does that mean exactly? Where I live, in the south of England, we have daily weather that continuously vacillates away from the climatic average. Today it was raining heavily and quite windy when I went to work this morning, yet a few days ago it was below freezing and we had some light snow. Further north it was colder and the snow was thicker, which is normal. Today the temperature rose suddenly by ten degrees and a lot of flooding in Yorkshire and southern Scotland was caused by a rapid thaw. I'm a big fan of the book The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe by CS Lewis. One of the signs that the power of the evil witch who rules Narnia is weakening is that the endless winter without a Christmas finally breaks. Santa Claus turns up and then it is spring. So maybe something will happen meteorologically this winter which will give a similar indication, that the geoengineers have taken this winter off. There may be other signs, such as a lack of chemtrails for a long period of time. However, anything that happens weather-wise can never be proven. It can always be dismissed as a freak of nature. Even in the book about Narnia, the characters argue over whether what happens is just a slight thaw or whether it really is spring.

Scorched Earth

 

In my novel Roswell Revealed- a World After Disclosure, when the villains of the story realize they have lost, they carry out a Götterdämmerung manoeuvre. President Putin has responded by missile strikes on several targets in Ukraine using the first deployment of its new Oreshnik missile. It is not confirmed, but it is widely believed that all these weapons could carry nuclear warheads. It really makes sense and it is something I could have predicted. For the next two months the United States will be stuck in a halfway house in which a Deep State front knows its end is approaching and on the 20th of January a populist patriotic administration will begin. Trump's first term was a brief four-year period of unprecedented peace, at least in all the conflicts and standoff the US was formerly involved in. With Trump's departure came not only the war in Ukraine, but increasing tension over Taiwan, assassinations in Iran, the October the 7th massacre in Israel and the resultant attack on Gaza. Our enemies do not want these wars to end and so they want to get in as much devastation as possible before the party's over. Maybe they hope to make as much of a mess as possible for Trump to clean up; too much to clean up if they have their way. They also just want mindless revenge on the population that rejected them. This is sometimes called a "scorched earth" strategy; let's hope that's not literal. If only Putin and Trump can hold on for just eight more weeks. Demon Face Syndrome

 

Have you ever suffered from prosopometamorphopsia? Well, if you can write or pronounce the word you probably have. Understandably, it is usually shortened to "PMO". This is called a "disorder", although it could possibly be just a different type of perception. Sufferers of PMO have normal vision with one peculiar exception. People's faces appear distorted in a variety of ways; including drooping, swelling, discoloration, and shifts in position of the sense organs. (This is not to be confused with prosopagnosia or "facial blindness", which is an inability to recognize people by their faces.) A number of images have been produced, with the assistance of sufferers, which you can find online. The cause of PMO is unknown, but there are theories that it is associated with damage or abnormalities in parts of the brain; such as the temporal, occipital, parietal and frontal lobes. There's also a connection with some types of epilepsy. It is classified as a form of hallucination and can emerge in any person at any age. It can be treated with medication. He was speaking at a conference and he mentioned an apparently normal TV advert for Barclaycard which shows a man in a high office building descending via a waterslide, accompanied by the well-known cheerful strains of Let Your Love Flow by The Bellamy Brothers. It is actually possible to generate a PMO-like experience artificially by staring at your own reflection in a mirror with very dim lights around you. This is not a term doctors like, but could it be that this condition alters the brain to see something that is really there, and it is not just an hallucination? Since the rest of the election race was ended I'm pleased to say that the GOP has also won the House of Representatives. The count is still going on, for some reason. There are still unprocessed votes that need to be added, but the Republicans have crossed the threshold of 217 seats by one to make 218. The Democrats currently are on 212. The Republicans are leading in four of the five pending constituencies. So it looks like Donald Trump is going to start his second presidency with a friendly Congress, which will help, as I explain in the background link. This means he has a clean sweep; or a Grand Slam, as they say in the Six Nations Rugby tournament. He's won everything there is to win and done so by a big margin. In my view, as regular readers know and as much as a non-American has a right to comment, this is a good thing.

Howard Hughes Dies

 

A magical voice has finally gone silent. I doubt if anybody in the UFO-paranormal-conspiratorial world has ever picked their way through that informational jungle without listening to The Unexplained with Howard Hughes radio show. It is one of the best programmes on this subject ever broadcast. I can't remember when I first discovered it, certainly very early on in my red pilled life. Howard Hughes spent his whole career in radio presenting, mostly on stations in the Merseyside region where he lived. His passion, though, was for the paranormal and this led to his own production, The Unexplained. The classic opening lines: "Across the UK, across continental North America and around the world on the internet by webcast and by podcast..." will be etched in my memory until I join him. He had a razor sharp wit and intellect, always asking his guests tough questions, always calm and professional. I met him once, at the Beyond Knowledge conference in 2009. He looked different to how I imagined him, for some reason. I had pictured him as a thin man with long black hair and a beard. People were always recommending me to be a guest on Howard's show and I was on his live broadcast briefly in about 2015, but that was not recorded. He seemed to have a show for every occasion. "The Downfall of Richard D Hall"

Neil Sanders and Brent Lee have made a new three-part show about Richard D Hall on their podcast Some Dare Call it Conspiracy. The two ex-conspiracy theorists released it onto their free platforms at the same time as their Patreon site which is unusual for them. They normally let their supporters see the product first. They must have decided that there is some urgency in publishing this assessment. They are joined on the programme by an Australian called Joel Hill, who has appeared on some of their previous shows. Joel contributes nothing rational to the discussion at all; he just pops up every so often to declare some kind of emotional reaction to whatever is being talked about, saying that conspiracy theorists are "despicable!"... "Insane!"...  "Fuckwits!"... "Cringe!"... "Obnoxious!"... As I've said before, this is pure sentimental rhetoric and falls well below the standards of people who preen themselves for being knowers of "how science works!", see: https://hpanwo-tv.blogspot.com/2011/10/how-to-show-respect-to-victims-of-911.html. As usual the show's content involves Neil delivering an extensive monologue with a very occasional interjection by Brent and Joel. Neil Gish-gallops so many points that I lost count; but hardly any of them are relevant to Richard's current situation anyway. Almost the entire first episode is simply a rehash of subject matter that the duo have covered on previous programmes, namely Neil's general criticism of Richard's ideas (mostly incorrect in my view). It is not until the forty-five minute mark that the subject of Richard's trial is first mentioned; in fact, unless you are a newcomer to the Conspirasphere and have no previous knowledge of it, I recommend skipping the episode until then. Even then, Neil only spends a minute or two on the subject and then goes off on a tangent again until early in the third part. The three presenters believe it was justified to accuse Richard of his supposed harassment. Not libel; harassment. Filming outside the claimants' home was "doxing" apparently, even though Richard only went there once and never published the video he took from a public area. They also support the court's decision to prevent Richard tabling his full evidence package. Neil mentions my own report and how I compare the situation to Ernst Zündel. However, he wrongly states that I am comparing the two men and not the two legal cases. He also fails to grasp how the court's dismissal of Zündel's defence is given the very same justification as that of Richard's. He skips over the part where I describe the dark energy of the courthouse. He claims that we should just trust the authorities when they say that the evidence is decided. When they want to hide something from us that might prove or disprove a suspicion; they just doing it for the sake of our feelings. I stated that a large proportion of the public question the Manchester Arena event. He said: "So what? Millions of the American public just voted for Donald Trump."... Yes, precisely! Neil punctuates this supposed empirical and parsimonious analysis with his own propagandistic language. Like Joel, he doesn't see any problem with mixing the two and cannot understand the fallacy he is committing. At one point he says in response to the accusation that this whole court case is merely a pretext for censorship, which of course I assert myself: "Richard, you're not Nelson Mandela, you just told everybody no kids died!"... "You despicable pieces of shit!"... "Fuck you both!... You failed at humanity!" There is a strange message when reading between the lines of Neil, Brent and Joel's conversation; a weird kind of agreement with me. I knew from the start, and this was confirmed to me as the court case went on, that the only reason this legal attack on Richard is taking place is because the government want to destroy him personally and create a legal landscape in which it is impossible to disagree publicly with the establishment narrative on any subject they decide. Neil, Brent and Joel say this is not true, but in the very same breath constantly refer back to the tragedy of the Manchester Arena incident, the pain caused to the grieving relatives and the survivors by people doubting it, and the disrespect it shows to the memory of those who allegedly died. But surely this issue has nothing to do with that, does it? It's purely about Richard's action and words towards the claimants; not his opinions, isn't it? We were specifically told that in court. Neil repeats this two-tier argument when he compares Richard's trial to that of Alex Jones, a comparison that I have also pointed out, see: https://hpanwo-tv.blogspot.com/2022/08/alex-jones-in-court.html. Therefore the three presenters are contradicting themselves. They are essentially admitting, in their own way, that this is very much about punishing Richard D Hall for expressing an opinion. At the time of writing, Richard has written a post explaining how the amount of money he really owes is many times what I said in the RDH Sentenced article. It adds up to so much more because of all the costs. There has also been an injunction ordering him to remove "certain material" from his website. I could not attend the sentencing hearing because of work commitments and the lack of notice, but a friend of mine was there and she told me that this injunction is an "open-ended" one. The court could decide to add more for Richard to delete at any time wholly at their discretion. (This is surprisingly similar to what happened to me when I was discharged from Hospital Portering, see: https://hpanwo-hpwa.blogspot.com/2022/01/ten-years-on.html.) If this whole affair was not intended to ruin Richard financially and stop his research and media work, then in what way could it have done a better job if it were? I feel awful for Richard and will do anything I can to help him in this time of need, but the sheer volume of the penalty looks truly insurmountable at the moment. Neil, Brent and Joel clearly have no such desire. They appear pleased that "justice has been done!" Yet things always come out of left field. When Richard D Hall is vindicated, along with the rest of the Conspirasphere, and the New World Order is finally defeated. Those who assisted with the Illuminati agenda, knowingly or not, will be held lawfully accountable. I wonder how Neil, Brent and Joel will fair at their own trial.

Evan's Land is Coming True

 

There is currently no free online text copy of the flawed masterpiece of my debut novel Evan's Land. It was originally published as a book by The Aldyth Press in 2002 and I never went for a second print run. By then I was well on to my second novel Rockall. This was in the days before print-on-demand; it was necessary to invest hundreds or thousands of pounds before a single sale to produce a certain number of copies in advance. Today you can still enjoy a free audio book and I hope to give you a free text copy at some point. Evan's Land is an epic hero's journey set in a strange futuristic vision of Wales that has some elements of an alternative present. It tells the story about how the country descends into civil war after an ultranationalist regime seizes control of part of the country. The revolt leader, a man called Owen Clun-Jones, calls his territory "Free Wales" and sets about to eliminate the English language from it totally. Children born under his dominions are given "monoglot status credentials", proof that they are unable to speak English. Such youths have privilege over others and considered more worthy citizens. As an outsider says at one point: "I thought knowledge was the key to success, here it is ignorance." Owen Clun-Jones also abolishes all the English place names. The news article about this does not even address the subtext of what the authorities are saying; that Welsh people who do not speak Welsh are now to be considered foreigners also. I do wonder how many of those who have learned Welsh as a second language in recent years have done so because they can't bear this acidic rejection. Nations who practice this kind of Cultural Revolution will suffer a backlash. Some people will refuse to learn Welsh as a protest. The idea that only Welsh-speakers are really Welsh is historically and culturally illiterate, but facts can't be allowed to obstruct an Orwellian rampage. I'm once again sad to report that the judge has awarded £45,000 in damages to the claimants and ordered Richard to pay it. (I'm sure they were tempted to make it £22,000 but traded in their obsession with numerological symbolism for their wish not to be generous.) Source: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c86q0ypq7q0o. Regular readers will guess what an abomination I think this is. If I had the money I'd pay it for Richard. As it is, if Richard puts out another appeal for donations to help cover this penalty, I'll gladly contribute as much as I can afford. It will not end here. There is now a legal framework in place for "Eve's Law". Other people are going to follow Richard into the courts; maybe me, maybe you. The objective here is to make it lawfully impossible to express opinions on certain subjects that contradict the establishment consensus. What's more the criminal side of the law is adding "hate" and "offensive" regulations that have already led to people being jailed. We're entering a very dark place indeed. However, I'm a great believer in things coming out of left field. The political tide in most countries is ebbing towards something more positive. Possibly the people behind Richard's persecution know this, which is why they've taken such extreme action against him. But however much the cornered rat fights, it cannot win against the big black cat of freedom.

Kemi Badenoch has now won the Conservative leadership contest and will henceforth be Leader of the Opposition. I feel very different about that now than I did when I wrote that background article above for several reasons. Firstly, it's about three years too late. Secondly, Badenoch herself has weakened considerably from her previously very positive stances. If I were generous I'd say this was from the onslaught of establishment pressure; but she may also be motivated by personal gain. Her feud with Nigel Farage during the last general election made me question her sincerity. The Kemi I wrote about previously would have quit the Tories altogether and joined one of the populist parties. Did she stick with the Tories because she thinks it's the best way of achieving her political goals, or was it just the quickest path to personal power? If she is more truthful and less naive she will see these pitfalls coming before stepping on them. She will have the courage and self-discipline that Boris Johnson lacked. To be honest, I have not been following this leadership race. It is not very interesting because it is totally inconsequential. The Tories are still lying in the ditch following their election pasting. We have Two-Tier Keir Star-lin to cope with for almost five years. There are so few Conservative MP's left that they don't have a hope in hell of influencing anything in the Commons. The next general election is so far away and so much evil can now be wrought with the establishment so firmly in control, that who leads the Opposition now is as irrelevant to Britain and her people as to who leads a minor party on Fiji. The only plus to Kemi's victory is the entertainment value. In her acceptance speech she thanked everybody with the most vainglorious smirk. A Roswell Near Me?

 

I've come across the most peculiar news story, and this time it's a local one; well, fairly local. A man was out walking his dog...I know!... but he was not on Cannock Chase this time, he was in a parkland area called Larden Chase in Streatley, in Berkshire just outside Oxfordshire. It is on the riverbank opposite Goring-on-Thames. He spotted a strange object lying on the ground which he identified as a crashed satellite and said it was making a "fuzzy" noise. A number of people had gathered round the object taking photographs and somebody had put up some red exclusion rope around it, and a crude handwritten sign stating: "Space authority aware. Do not touch this Binoclarit (DR) satellite." There was no punctuation so I'm not sure whether these sentences are properly formed. I don't know what "binoclarit" means. I tried Googling it and came up with the news story below. Somebody suggested it might be a portmanteau that means "binocular it"; in other words, don't approach the object and instead just observe it from a safe distance via a magnifying device. The object is roughly cylindrical and metallic. It has some silvery pipe-like structures emerging from it including a long straight tube or rod with a corrugated cylinder on the end of it. There is a light blue band running around the main structure with some black marks on it that looks to me like a character from the Chinese or Japanese script. It's hard to estimate the object's size from the photo; but based on the grass it's lying on, I'd say the cylinder module is two to three feet long. The police claim it is a hoax. Personally, it looks to me like a domestic heating boiler, but I'm not a hundred percent sure. I doubt very much that it is a satellite, let alone something more exotic. However, the fact that this possibility leapt to people's minds so easily is indicative of the popularity ET and secret space concepts enjoy these days, and that's a positive development.

CVD is Ruining Wales

For several years I have been a member of numerous Welsh history and culture Facebook groups and I've just decided to leave them all. This is because they are all infected with a very toxic mindset that they regurgitate and over and over again. I've also decided to write a follow-up article following the above one and particularly focus on the community council in Gwynedd who want qualification for a council house to be limited to those who speak the Welsh language. These people need to get over themselves! They're not supermen or gods; they just speak a language. I know how they will justify it; they "just want to keep the language going!" Exactly what scenario would have to take place in their minds for Welsh not to be kept going? According to the census of 2021, 538,000 people in Wales can speak Welsh. There is a lot of misinformation by those who believe in the CVD- Celtic Victimhood Delusion because, for them, over half a million is considered to be the language at death's door, as it has been in several periods of the past. There are also numerous Welsh speakers abroad; about 200,000 in England (including me although I'm pretty rusty following my long banishment), 5000 in Argentina, 30,000 in Chile, 5000 in the United States, about 1,700 in Australia and 3,800 in Canada. This means Welsh qualifies under the conditions of UNESCO as not endangered. Welsh probably has more speakers now than it ever has before during its entire fifteen hundred year history. It's about as likely to die out as Swedish or Portuguese. So why all this paranoia? I think because a sense of victimhood is very addictive. I've noticed the same thing with wokies and feminists. For some people, being hard-done-by is central to their identity and even, in a strange way, their self-esteem. It is an extremely destructive emotion, partly because it can lead to the narcissism practiced by the Botwnnog council. Today we have a very real "English not", and this manifests clearly in the entitlement of those council members who actually believe it's okay for them to dictate public housing policy in order to exclude human beings they consider unworthy.
