Prince Louis

His full name is Prince Louis Arthur Charles. The name is pronounced in the French way with the last s silent; "loo-ee". He is named after the Queen's cousin Lord Louis Mountbatten. Lord Mountbatten was the last Viceroy and first Governor-General of India, see: http://hpanwo-tv.blogspot.co.uk/2017/03/viceroys-house-film-review.html. In 1979 he was assassinated while boating off the coast of Ireland. A remote-controlled bomb was placed in the boat. The IRA claimed responsibility, but there is good reason to doubt that. The modus operandi and several political problems make it likely that Mountbatten was murdered by British intelligence. Louis is also the name of the last monarch of France. King Louis XVI was dethroned during the French Revolution in 1792 and killed a few months later by being publicly beheaded in Paris. He was part of the Bourbon dynasty which is related to the Habsburgs through the Rothschilds. Muckrock Documents Update

I recently posted an article about a journalist who was sent documents on electromagnetic weapons from a government agency. Now some new information on the matter has come to light, as I predicted might happen. The documents sent to Curtis Waltman from the Washington State Fusion Centre are not from the government at all. This has been confirmed by Ron Patton, a producer on a UFO/Para/Con radio station called Ground Zero Media. On one of the shows, Psyched Lone Ranger, Clyde Lewis, the host, explains how Ron recognized the diagrams as soon as he saw them. They were created by somebody called Eleanor White who is a targeted individual from Canada. They were included in a January-February 2005 issue of MKzine, a supplement of Paranoia magazine, see: http://www.paranoiamagazine.com/. Were they sent to him from the WSFC; is that part still true? If so why and how? What was a section of the US Department of Homeland Security doing with them? Were they still sent to Waltman in error or as a deliberate leak? Maybe Waltman lied and actually obtained these images from somewhere else. If so then where did he get them from and why is he publishing them? Is he engaged in some kind of disinformation exercise? If so I still can't see what purpose it might serve and why he would get involved in it. Perhaps this is just some kind of practical joke; if so it seems a bizarre one. It has driven up traffic to his website, but then so would posting photos of himself naked. It's useless and temporary traffic unless it's aimed at the kind of people who will stay and take an interest in other aspects of his material. These documents don't fit that necessity. Ground Zero Media contacted Mr Waltman, but he was not available to comment.

William and Kate's Third Baby

Kate Middleton the Duchess of Cambridge has given birth to a baby boy. This is hers and Prince William's third child; they already have four-year-old Prince George and little Princess Charlotte who is almost three. See background links below for details of those. When the couple came out of St Mary's hospital to greet the public, I was interested to see if Kate would exhibit the same strange indifferent behaviour she did when her other two babies were born. As it happened she did not. In fact this time she appears to feel genuine maternal bonding with the new child. She keeps looking at the baby and smiling, see: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-43876299. Maybe this is because the coaching she received the last two occasions she did not have to endure this time. Alternatively it could be because, unlike the others, this is her natural child whom she has actually carried and given birth to. She may even have been allowed to be the biological mother this time. As for the name; I've put a bet on Edward. It's an outsider at around 16-1 which is good because I'll win a lot more money if it is right. I think I'm in with a good chance. The choice of George for the first baby was a symbolic power-play by the Windsor dynasty, part of the Habsburg Illuminati bloodline. This is why I was surprised that the second child was not named Victoria. Edward is also an important name for a Habsburg monarch; it was the name of the baby's great-great-great uncle. Despite my conspiratorial leanings, I am not heartless about the matter and I wish the whole family all the best.

Accidental Release of Mind Control Files

A journalist working for the civil liberties news group Muckrock has been sent what looks like pages from a classified document on mind control and electronic weapons. The investigative journalist, Curtis Waltman, had been involved in a research project on violent extremist political groups in the United States of America. He submitted a Freedom of Information Act request to the Washington State Fusion Centre, a public safety and anti-terrorism agency attached to the US Department of Homeland Security, asking for information on radical left and right wing political movements and received in response a Zip folder entitled EM effects on the Human Body (EM is short for "electromagnetic"). It includes several diagrams on how electromagnetic weapons work. It lists the effects on the targeted individual which are an array of very unpleasant mental and physical symptoms; including forced amnesia, voices in the head, spontaneous pain and itching, stiffness of the limbs and loss of dexterity. It also details how these weapons could be wielded against the population. Waltman doesn't think these look like government documents. If these documents are genuine, then they are very important because of where they come from, regardless of how they are formatted. As "X-Files-like" as this information sounds, it contains nothing essential that has not previously been published. The technology described therein exists, patents have been issued for it to the inventors and some of it is known to have been developed by many state and corporate actors. I've discussed this subject many times before with people such as Kieron Lee Perrin and Neil Sanders, see background links below. If the documents are genuine then why were they sent to a civil rights journalist? As the Daily Mail suggests, it could simply be by accident. I know many of my peers will insist that "they never do anything by accident, Ben!" I don't agree. They are not perfect; they are fallible like all people are. Sometimes they cock up; it happens. Our job is to be on standby to take advantage of their blunders. However, could this indeed be a deliberate release of something intended to look like real classified information? This would make it an act of disinformation, as some people claim the Majestic papers are, see here for details: https://hpanwo-voice.blogspot.co.uk/2017/06/new-ufo-files.html. If it is disinformation then what message is it trying to give out? What purpose does it serve? I can't think of one at present. On the other hand the documents could have been slipped into the response to Waltman by a whistleblower. Somebody who works inside the Washington State Fusion Centre who is aware of covert operations by the agency and feels distressed by being in collusion with it. This could be their way of blowing the secrecy open. If this is the case then I hope they will come to no harm as a result of their courageous action. Another possibility is that this is a hoax perpetrated by Curtis Waltman himself. I don't know if he is the kind of person who would do something like this. If he is then why would he be employed by Muckrock? What could he gain by concocting this story? We will have to see; there may be an update to this situation.

St Helena at the Commonwealth Games

                                 

The Commonwealth Games, formerly the British Empire Games, have been held almost every four years since 1930 and have gained a reputation for being a "mini Olympics". Entrants can come from any of the fifty-three member states of the British Commonwealth, the British Overseas Territories and the home nations of the United Kingdom. Countries formerly in the British Commonwealth or Empire, such as Ireland and the United States of America, do not qualify. This year the event was held in Australia on the Queensland Gold Coast. Team St Helena sent nine athletes, all male, to compete in four events. For the first time ever, the mission departed their island home from the new airport. They took off for Johannesburg, South Africa with their coaches and officials on the 17th of March. From there they caught connecting flights to Australia. The swimmer Ben Dillion competed in the 50 and 100 metres freestyle, the 50 metres butterfly and the 100 metres freestyle relay. He also carried the flag at the opening ceremony. Colby Thomas competed in the 100 metres breast, freestyle and freestyle relay; and the 50 metres breast and freestyle. Duwaine Yon swam in the 100 metres breast, freestyle and freestyle relay; also the 50 metres breast and freestyle. He trained in Jamestown's public swimming pool and the sea. Joshua Yon competed in 100 metres and 50 metres backstroke and 100 metres freestyle relay. Scott George swan the 50 and 100 metres breast. Sean Crowie was St Helena's sole track competitor, taking part in the 100 and 200 metre dashes. Simon Henry and Carlos Yon took part in two shooting events, the 50 metre prone rifle and the 50 metre three position rifle. Vernon Smeed took part in the men's singles badminton. Unfortunately none of these competitors advanced past their heats. Well done to them for trying though. Practice makes perfect and hopefully we'll see one of them on the medal podium someday. As you can see in the links above, several of the team are expatriate Saints. Vernon Smeed is the badminton coach for the Royal Marines and lives here in England, in Devon. Simon Henry trains in Oxford where I live and I wonder if I have met him; he looks vaguely familiar. Many of the surnames of the team and their officials are the same, indicating that they are related, which you would expect considering St Helena's population is only four and a half thousand people. Sport may well be an interest running through certain families. It's impossible to tell if the new airport has had an effect on St Helena's athletic prowess. The team and its performance were fairly similar for the 2014 Commonwealth Games when they had to travel there and back on the old RMS, see: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saint_Helena_at_the_2014_Commonwealth_Games. I will have to wait for several more tournaments before I can say one way or the other whether the airport is a factor.

Art Bell Dies

I'm very sorry to report that Art Bell has died. He was the founder, and was for many years the leading presenter, of Coast to Coast AM, the original and definitive UFO/Paranormal/Conspiracy Theory radio programme, first hitting the air in 1984, appropriately, see: https://www.coasttocoastam.com/. As such, Art has been very influential on many other UFO/Para/Con radio broadcasters, including myself. Coast to Coast lived up to its name, producing the most widely syndicated radio shows in North America. His guests included almost every big name imaginable in the UFO/Para/Con community, including some of David Icke's earliest interviews. Other regular superstars were Richard Hoagland, Linda Moulton Howe and Giorgio Tsoukalos. He had been semi-retired for about ten years but kept popping back. He even brought out a number of specialist programmes where he invited on past guests from classic interviews called Art Bell's Dark Matter, see: https://www.youtube.com/user/DMArchive. He occasionally brought in more mainstream people to interview such as the physicist Dr Michio Kaku. His style was always calm and gentlemanly; unlike Alex Jones and others, he never felt it necessary to become a shock-jock. For his whole career he hosted his show from a room in his house in Pahrump, Nevada USA. It is sad to think we'll never hear his distinctive catchphrases again: "East of the Rockies..." "Wildcard line, you're on the air!" He was seventy-two years old and is survived by his widow Airyn and his four children. RIP Art Bell.

The Counter-Trumpening 2

There's a saying that you can't work in a paint shop without staining your clothes. When Donald Trump became President of the United States he rode in on a manifesto that included tackling government corruption. His catchphrase was "Drain the swamp!". Trump was elected to the White House as his first ever political appointment. Before then he had been a businessman his whole life who had only skirted the peripheries of the political world. It must have been a horrifying shock for him to see government for the first time as an insider. The real swamp is of a scale and a rancidness that was totally beyond his worst expectations... and he was thrown straight into the deepest stretch. Who knows what they threatened him with; but it would have been something far worse than the recent Stormy Daniels scandal. Maybe it's the life of Melania or Barron; or perhaps some of his many grandchildren. 2016 is over; the empire has struck back and today the Deep State is only about two years behind where it would have been if Hillary Clinton had won, as they had intended. In a baffling manoeuvre, Trump has appointed John Bolton as his National Security Adviser; this is the neoconservative hawk who was George W Bush's ambassador to the United Nations and one of the driving forces for the Afghanistan and Iraq invasions. And now an incident has just occurred that is virtually an exact repeat of a trick they tried to pull off almost precisely a year ago to the day, see: http://hpanwo-tv.blogspot.co.uk/2017/04/counter-trumpening.html. There has allegedly been a chemical weapons attack on the town of Dummar in Syria. This has been blamed on the government forces led by the Syrian national leader Bashar al-Assad. Last year this led to an armed strike on a Syrian airbase that came perilously close to a direct military confrontation with Russia, a reckless engagement between two nuclear superpowers that could easily have escalated to the total destruction of both countries and the deaths of millions of people on both sides. Now it's happening again and President Trump has warned that he will once again carry out a military attack on Syria. He said: "Get ready Russia, because they (cruise missiles) will be coming, nice and new and smart!" Source: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-middle-east-43727829. However Trump is a prolific Twitter-user and when you read this Tweet of his on the subject a different picture emerges: "Many dead, including women and children, in mindless chemical attack in Syria. Area of atrocity is in lockdown and encircled by Syrian Army, making it completely inaccessible to outside world. President Putin, Russia and Iran are responsible for backing animal Assad. Big price..."

                         

He describes the attack by Assad as "mindless"; that's a strange and revealing word to use. Assad has all but won the civil war against Al Nusra, the Syrian equivalent of the Islamic State that the United States has been supporting. America recently announced that it was removing all military assets from the region, effectively making this a mission accomplished situation for Assad. If he were some sort of masochist intent on thwarting his own political ambitions then he would have to do something hideous in order to shame himself in the international community, reignite domestic hostilities and invite renewed US intervention... such as carrying out a chemical warfare attack against women and children. This is also an area that he has entirely under siege by his army. Why would he need to attack the area with chemical weapons in any situation? I think Trump's Tweet is a cryptic cry for help. He cannot warn us openly so he is doing so the only way he safely can, by hinting. He makes the point that Assad's actions are "mindless" and militarily superfluous as well as political suicide. Then he also adds the point that Dummar is inaccessible to the outside world; this will hopefully make people ask how on earth anybody can confirm whether the stories of chemical warfare attacks are true. Then Trump goes on deliberately to contradict himself by saying that Russia is responsible. I just hope this is enough to alert the population before it is too late...

Blue Skyglow in Oxon

This case interests me especially because it's a local one from my home. Last Wednesday night the overcast sky was lit up by a bright blue blob of light, although I did not witness this personally. The blue light moved eastward from Bicester and Thame in Oxfordshire to High Wycombe. Several "rational explanations" have been proposed such as lights from a train or a novelty spotlight from a party. An astronomer said: "It's definitely not aliens!"... Aliens? Who said anything about aliens? Another expert thought it might be landing lights from an aeroplane coming into RAF Brize Norton, however no aircraft engine noise was heard. The colour can apparently be explained by the filtering effect of the clouds, turning the usual white lights blue. I've never seen that happen before and I'm not sure normal clouds can do that. The strange thing is that the week before this happened somebody wrote to me to tell me about a similar event in a distant part of the world. Ice Fall Filmed

There are many disadvantages of living in an urban environment that is constantly under video surveillance, and you all know how much I've talked about that. However there are some advantages and one has emerged. For the first time that I'm aware of, an ice fall has been caught on camera. These mysterious phenomena, known formally as "megacryometeors", are very rare, but they still happen regularly all over the world. Where they come from and how they form is not well understood, except their structure is very different from hailstones or the lumps of ice that sometimes fall from aircraft. This incident took place on a street corner in Kew, London on the 9th of February. The lump of ice strikes the pavement and shatters into pieces, startling passers-by. Luckily nobody was hurt. I know of no instance where somebody has been killed or injured by a megacryometeor, but several buildings have been damaged by them. The media claim this has been proven to be a chunk of ice that fell from off aircraft. It is true that the west London sky houses the busiest airways in the world, but do we know for sure? Were any of the ice fragments preserved and analyzed?

Operation Avalanche

After my somewhat tepid feelings towards Moonwalkers, see: https://hpanwo-voice.blogspot.co.uk/2016/01/moonwalkers.html, I was dubious about yet another fictional film about the fake moon landings. I decided to watch Operation Avalanche (https://www.imdb.com/title/tt3776826/) on Amazon Prime when I heard about it at a conference. It is a "found footage" independent drama from Canada, released in 2016. It is shot in the style of Blair Witch Project and Paranormal Activity, however it is clearly of a much a higher budget than those other two contemporary productions, being of a period setting that is well-reconstructed; with genuine 1960's cars, fashions and hairstyles etc. The story follows a group of rather geeky young film-making students who are recruited by the CIA for a mission to pose undercover at NASA, pretending to make a documentary about the Apollo Programme. The government believes the agency has been penetrated by a Soviet mole. Along with their formal project footage, the team film their adventures on portable cine cameras, the equivalent in those days of modern phone-cams. They fail to catch the spy, but during the course of their investigations they discover that NASA know secretly that a manned moon landing is impossible within the timeframe demanded by President Kennedy in May of 1961, before the end of 1969. There is also the threat that the Russians will get there first, giving them a hat-trick in the Space Race. The agents subsequently find themselves embroiled in a plot to make fake footage of the Apollo 11 moon landing in a studio which will be passed off to the world as the real thing.

The story and script are intricate and far better constructed than Moonwalkers. The acting is very good. The movie varies in tone considerably. At times, especially in the early scenes, it is something of a comedy. For example the team have to bug the telephone of James Webb, the NASA director for most of the Apollo Programme; and they gain much amusement by secretly recording him flirting lasciviously with his girlfriend. At other times the film is quite macabre. The ending is very shocking and violent. One interesting and chilling aspect is that the CIA have a "plan B" in case the film crew cannot produce the fake footage quickly enough or of realistic enough quality. They will shoot down the Apollo Saturn V rocket and blame in on the USSR. They call this "Operation Northwoods". Operation Northwoods is a real false flag operation proposed by the CIA after the Cuban Revolution. They suggested that the agency should carry out terrorist attacks in American cities, sink ships, crash airliners, murder Cuban refugees and many other atrocities, which would then be blamed on the Castro regime. This would justify all-out war on Cuba and the removal of Fidel Castro, see: https://www.wanttoknow.info/010501operationnorthwoods. It's interesting that the producers of Operation Avalanche have called their fictional space equivalent by the same name. Do they hope people will go out and Google it? I recommend watching Operation Avalanche. It serves as a very informative introduction, in fictional allegory, to the fake moon landing subject. It also includes explanations of common objections from Apollo-believers. We're approaching the half-century anniversary of the major Apollo achievements; the first manned mission, Apollo 8, will hit the fifty-year mark in December this year. Unlike Moonwalkers, I don't detect any themes of disinformation in Operation Avalanche, although others might well disagree. If anything, I think this film inspires awareness of the issues and doubts over the official story about the first human expedition onto another world.

Stanton Friedman Retires

The original researcher into the Roswell UFO Incident and godfather of conspiratorial UFOlogy, Stanton T Friedman, has announced his retirement. He will no longer be doing his usual activities; appearing at conferences, doing radio interviews, talking to the mainstream media etc. That has been his full-time job for forty-eight years, but he wants to leave it now. He has received some criticism for this move, mostly because his contribution has been so widely enjoyed and respected by so many people, including myself, for such a long time. I particularly like his debates. He is totally fearless during his television appearances in which he eloquently eviscerates skeptics like Philip J Klass and Michael Shermer, the "noisy negativists" as he calls them; for example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YYrmid54TNs. At the moment in many countries people are complaining because the government won't let them retire until they're sixty-eight.
