Lake Monster in Alaska

Some remarkable footage has emerged from Alaska USA showing what has been described as a "lake monster like Nessie". The supposed creature was seen swimming just below the surface, not in a lake, but in the Chena river near Fairbanks. Unlike the previous alleged aquatic cryptid image, see: http://hpanwo-voice.blogspot.co.uk/2016/09/new-nessie-photo.html, this contains a lot of additional detail and is sourced from an official agency, the United States Bureau of Land Management. The creature is estimated to be twelve to fifteen feet long and looks like a large fish. It has ice encrusted on the top of its body, which indicates it had recently been exposed to the air for a long period; something fish don't often do. Skeptics say it is just a length of rope dragging in the current, but it looks to me like it is actively moving itself. It could be a known species of fish like a sturgeon of a big catfish. GM Insects to fight Malaria

Malaria is one of the world's deadliest transmittable diseases. Last year almost half a million people died of it. The illness is caused by the parasitic plasmodium micro-organisms which spread among humans through biting insects like mosquitoes. It is confined to the tropical regions of the world, but this includes highly populous countries like India, Nigeria and Indonesia. The symptoms include: fever, nausea, liver dysfunction leading to jaundice and convulsions. Even if the patient recovers from the initial infection the disease can recur again, weeks or even months later. There are prevention methods, both personal and collective. Sleeping under a mosquito net and covering your skin with chemical repellent is effective; as is taking prophylactic drugs like quinine. Also there have been attempts to eradicate mosquitoes from human populations by covering cities with insecticides like DDT. There is no vaccine. However a new idea has been proposed using a radical and controversial area of science, gene drives. Genetic modification has become a normal part of how we treat domesticated animals and plants; mostly for farming, see: http://hpanwo-voice.blogspot.co.uk/2015/04/gmo-labelling-made-law.html. Gene drives are very different though; they involve replacing an entire population of a species, in the wild, with a genetically modified alternative. This has been tested in laboratories and it works by releasing mosquitoes into the population with an altered gene that not only makes the insect resistant to the malaria plasmodia, but also makes that gene more survivable in sexual reproduction; and therefore more likely to be passed onto the next generation. This begins a chain reaction until eventually every mosquito in the population has the new malaria-resistant gene. This will completely eradicate malaria from the target area and save millions of lives. Malaria could one day be a forgotten enemy like smallpox. This dream sounds so wonderful that few people have considered a possible dark side to the technique for achieving it. Once an entire target area has been treated there is nothing to prevent the gene drive spreading like a disease itself. What's to stop it gradually replacing every mosquito in the world? This would make natural non-GMO mosquitoes extinct. Literally every mosquito on earth would become a laboratory-bred genetically modified one. What effect would that have on the ecosystem, the food chain, the emergence of new viruses? What if these new mosquitoes hybridize with other species? Also these God-playing scientists behind genetic modification will not stop with mosquitoes; they will move on to other creatures. There is no limitation except that the species must reproduce via sex; that means almost all insects, birds, reptiles, fish and mammals. What's more the potential for the abuse of this technology is extraordinary. If you had this technology you could breed mosquitoes or other parasites with a gene that causes disease, not prevents it. If you release this mosquito secretly into a country you want to target you could devastate the enemy population with impunity. You would also have plausible deniability; how could anybody prove it wasn't just a freak accident of nature? Of course the skeptics and other defenders of this breakthrough will now accuse me of "not caring" about the millions who die of malaria. I do care about malaria deaths actually; my own brother once caught it and was very ill. However the malaria crisis, like many other diseases, is not purely a product of the contagion and its medical effects. Rather it is born out of the disease striking regions where there is also poverty, civil unrest and social problems. I'll give you an example of what I mean; take two countries from inside the Malaria belt, Chad and the United Arab Emirates. In Chad the rate of death from Malaria is 74.18 per 100,000 of the population. This is the equivalent of just over seventy-four deaths a year in a city the size of Cheltenham. In the UAE it is 0... Not one single fatal case in a country of ten million people. The reason for this is simple; Chad is a nation in which most people are terribly poor. They tend to be malnourished and therefore weak in constitution. The medical services there are deficient and the... that little buzzword again, infrastructure... is underdeveloped. The Emirates by comparison has one of highest per-capita incomes on Earth. It consists of modern cities like Dubai and Abu Dhabi with state-of-the-art hospitals; and its people have access to the best food and one of the highest general standards of the Western lifestyle. Therefore by improving the quality of life in the countries with high rates of malaria mortality we inevitably reduce that mortality. Despite protests to the contrary, I believe it is perfectly possible to raise the global standard of living. So let's make malaria history. We can do it and we must. However, we must accept that the blame does not lie wholly on a simple infection vector. This allows us to cop out and sleep soundly, but it is false. Malaria is a sociological issue as well as a medical one. Denial of this fact makes potentially disastrous moves like GMO mosquitoes seem all the more attractive. We must not give in to that temptation. We can eliminate deaths from malaria, but remember that there are no gene-spliced mutants required to do so.

The Anomalous Arctic

Something strange is happening in the arctic. The weirdness has occurred in several places, firstly in Canada. After last year's confused and abortive alert into a possible "Roswell" in Canada, see: http://hpanwo-voice.blogspot.co.uk/2015/02/new-roswell-in-canada.html, I am cautious of all claims like this. However this time it seems there is an official reaction to this incident that is not just on the Wayback machine. The Canadian military is investigating some strange noises that have been heard coming from under the sea in the Fury and Hecla Straight, a narrow stretch of water that lies between Baffin Island and the mainland, near the small and remote town of Igloolik. Maritime reconnaissance aircraft have been scanning the sea, which is covered with ice at this time of year. The sound has been described as a series of "pings", a "hum" or "beep". It is so loud it can be heard by local residents unaided through the hull of a boat.  Whales, seals and other marine creatures often make strange noises, but they are present in the area only in summer. In winter they stay away. The people in the area, who are largely of the Inuit (Eskimo) persuasion, think it might be prospectors from mining companies; which is a concern because none are currently licensed to operate in that area. Alternatively it might be caused by noisemakers left there by Greenpeace to scare animals away from being hunted. Submarines can generate sounds like the ones heard, and strange submarines have been sighted in the area (As well as elsewhere, see: http://hpanwo-voice.blogspot.co.uk/2014/12/strange-submarines.html). In most fictional movies, submarines are heard to be continuously pinging away with their active sonar, for example see: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tFa9_TcaWuI. In reality, submarines on covert missions rarely do that. They need to stay undetected and therefore silent. The Canadian government state that so far they have detected no submerged contacts. At the same time, something else weird has been reported on the opposite side of the Arctic Ocean. The Ob is one of the word's mightiest rivers and it empties into the Kara Sea on the north coast of Russia, a place also frozen over at this time of year. A huge number of snowballs have appeared on a beach in the Ob estuary. They are apparently made by an "extremely rare" phenomenon of nature. Some are as big as basketballs. A lot of unexplained events are going on in the frigid apex of our planet right now. The truth may be very different and maybe this time, unlike the Lake Winnipeg story, the trail of evidence will remain strong. Brexit Betrayed

When the Referendum on whether the UK should leave the European Union took place on June the 23rd, see background links below, it was called just that; a decision the government agreed to give to the British people on the future of our country. Now, after four months have passed, the authorities are talking about it in retrospect as if it were nothing more than an opinion poll. This is exactly what I predicted. I also predicted that it wouldn't be as simple and blunt as a second referendum, despite the slimy pronouncements of that odious sewer rat Tony Blair, see: http://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/politics/brexit-tony-blair-second-eu-referendum-vote-article-50-latest-a7384411.html. It would be a far craftier manoeuvre. The actual way they've done it is to harness the issue to a supposedly independent campaign group that has "forced the government's hand" via the judiciary. Gina Miller is not a politician or a lawyer. She works in the City as an investment manager and runs several charities. She launched a crowd-funded campaign with a few of her friends called "the People's Challenge" which has won a case against the government in the High Court. The Prime Minister Teresa May, to give her credit where due, wants to trigger Article 50 as soon as possible herself as a result of the referendum result, but this ruling means she can't. Instead Britain can only leave the EU via an act of Parliament. This will take a very long time, probably months. What's more it may well be rejected, if not by the House of Commons then by the House of Lords who are bedecked with Europhiles. Mzzzz Miller and her accomplices have really upset the apple cart here, intentionally. As I said in my most recent previous Brexit article, the time it takes alone could be enough to ruin the entire process and force Britain to stay in the EU. If they lose the appeal, or they choose not to; they can try to sort this out quickly with a "substantive motion", a means of fast-tracking the necessary legislation. However, I wouldn't be surprise if they're forced to pass an entire "Article 50 bill"; this is what the claimants already say they want. It could even get as ludicrous as the European Court deciding!... Talk about a conflict of interests. The implications of this ruling are enormous. We could end up with a "half-Brexit" or Brexit with various conditions, as Nigel Farage has commented... no doubt seething at having his retirement foiled a second time. Or it could even roll back the entire matter and keep Britain as it is in the EU, which is what I suspect and fear. Whatever happens, it is going to take a very long time. Teresa May had been hoping to trigger Article 50 next March; now that is out of the question, thanks to the treachery of the claimants, or whoever is pulling their strings. Who knows what else will happen as the cogs of the law slowly grind towards the outcome we're not supposed to reach. This is exactly what I predicted back in June!

US Presidential Election- One Week to Go

A lot has been happening since I last reported on the US presidential election 2016, see background links at the bottom. The latest news has made me reassess the entire situation. When I was a child at school a teacher told us about a country, I think it was in South America, that had been ruled by an oppressive military junta for a long time and then bowed to international pressure and announced that it was going to become a democracy. It held free elections for the first time, yet when the voters got to the polling booths there was only one name on the ballot slip, that of the dictatorial ruler. Sounds like a nightmare? Unfortunately it's real and not the only example for such a fraud; in fact an election is due to take place in just seven days that may well be exactly the same, only far more covert. It's not taking place in South America, but in North America, and the nation going to the polls is the United States of America. I've covered the process of the 2016 US Presidential Election in the background links below, and I must confess it has not worked out as I thought it would. I assumed Donald Trump would go the same way as Bernie Sanders and be manoeuvred out, using various tricks, to make room for a controlled opposition to Hillary Clinton. This hasn't happened... not yet at any rate, and time is running out. My thoughts on this election have put me at odds with much of the rest of the conspirasphere. The prevailing view among the conspiratorial media is that the current US presidential election is no different to any other, in that we see two establishment puppets being put up against each other in a charade so we can vote for one or the other. I don't think that's the case this time. There was certainly an agenda to propose two controlled clones, but this failed. In the background links I explain why I think Trump is simply not meant to be where he is. At the most fundamental level he is not controlled by the powers-that-be. For this to happen in any Illuminati-occupied nation is unusual, but for it to happen in what is still the primary centre of operations for globalist world control is unthinkable. No matter what happens within the next week, there is no doubt something has truly messed up badly in their plans. That can only be good news for us.

I've never seen such a vast chasm between how the mainstream media is covering this election run-up and what is actually happening in people's everyday lives. In terms of energy, activity, public proselytizing through bumper stickers and window signs etc, Trump is clearly way ahead. During the recent vice-presidential tours Mike Pence, Donald Trump's prospective vice-president, spoke to a crowd of two thousand five hundred; many more were waiting outside when the venue was at full capacity. Hillary Clinton's running-mate Tim Kaine cancelled his Florida rally when only thirty-six people turned up... That's a poor turnout for my own zombie lecture! He couldn't let the press reveal that the local electorate were so unenthusiastic, but of course social media these days is substituting the press, see: http://www.bizpacreview.com/2016/10/28/tim-kaine-cant-draw-crowd-cancels-florida-rally-meanwhile-mike-pence-reportedly-packing-house-405569. Yet whatever happens, the mainstream media polling service reports that Hillary has a narrow but decisive lead over her rival. They have said this continuously ever since the two nominees were selected. I've noticed that all major elections in the last few years have been almost always declared 50-50 by the pollsters. Brexit was, as was the last UK general election, the Scottish independence referendum, the previous few presidential ones and some in Austria and other countries. Why is this? Perhaps because it makes it appear more credible if an unpopular outcome suddenly emerges. Imagine if the polls had said 70% of Scots had wanted a YES vote and it still came back NO? There would be a lot of suspicion. I took seriously the possibility of electoral fraud during the UK's EU referendum, see: http://hpanwo-tv.blogspot.co.uk/2016/06/vote-leave-2-count.html. In Britain the electorate still votes by marking a slip of paper and these slips are counted by hand. Despite this, fraud is still possible. One of the reasons I went to Oxford town hall that night was to see if any "last minute extra ballot boxes" were being dropped off. American federal elections have been modernized. They are now paperless and voters make their choice by pressing buttons on an electronic voting machine. These machines are made by various companies and are designed to be compatible with each other on a national network. The problem with electronic voting is that it is less secure and fraud is far easier. Even Hillary Clinton herself has admitted that the voting machines can be hacked and is worried the Russians might do that to get Trump in, but I think any electronic skulduggery is far more likely to benefit her than her rival. The UK-based company Systematic has designed and built some machines for the American election and they're planned to be used in a number of states that are called "battlegrounds" because there are equal numbers of supporters for both candidates and so their elector could go either way. Systematic's CEO is Mark Malloch-Brown, a former Labour government minister and also holder of senior positions at the World Bank and Commonwealth Office. He was appointed Deputy Secretary-General of the United Nations in 2006 and sits on the board of George Soros' Open Society Foundation. George Soros is a long-time political manipulator and a close friend and supporter of Hillary Clinton. He has funded a lot of her campaign. I am not alone in being suspicious of this conflict of interests. There is even a petition to stop Systematic voting machines being used, see: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T3IsUu4gjTI. Several independent programmers have written malware to show that fiddling the ballot by sabotaging the voting machines is not only possible; it's easy.

The Wikileaks emails and the hacker "Guccifer 2.0"also revealed that there was a subversive plot to remove Bernie Sanders from the race, which makes it even more galling that the old fool then went on to endorse Hillary, see: http://hpanwo-voice.blogspot.co.uk/2016/07/bernie-sanders-turncoat.html. Since then an independent journalist called James O'Keefe has gained even more revelations that the election next week will not be free or fair. He has launched his "Project Veritas Action" to try and raise the public's awareness to the danger. He secretly filmed private conversations with Hillary Clinton campaign contractor officials where they admit that they rig ballots by allowing registered Democratic Party supporters to vote twice and even by stealing the identities of dead people. They organize rented vehicles for these many-time voters to move them from one polling station to another in case anybody recognizes them. Based on all this evidence, this is the only option for those who insist on Hillary Clinton being the new president. They can't win fairly, so they're going to cheat. This makes an even bigger joke out of democracy than it already is anyway. If the American public tolerate this they have to tolerate the fact that USA is a one-party state; and their country is no freer than the junta I learned about at school.

The Wikileaks scandal, see: http://hpanwo-tv.blogspot.co.uk/2016/10/ufo-disclosure-2016-wikileaks.html, and recent announcement by the FBI that they're continuing their investigation into Hillary Clinton has been another blow to her campaign. Its timing and severity makes it likely that it will be a complete knockout. We don't know the full extent of the FBI's suspicions, but based on the Wikileaks data it may be as severe as a scandal connected to her personal aide Anthony Weiner. Weiner (which is the American name for a Vienna Wurst sausage) and his wife Huma Abedin are close personal friends of the Clintons. Bill Clinton was even best man at their wedding. Weiner is alleged to have been "sexting" (sending erotic mobile phone texts) to an underage girl. There are also clauses in the Wikileaks emails that say in as many words that the Islamic State is being bankrolled by the United States via their clients in Saudi Arabia. An ideal situation would be that this mess-up will be so bad that the establishment candidate fails to get elected. If you'd asked me a month ago I'd have told you it would be impossible. Now I'm not so sure. We have to consider seriously the possibility that Donald Trump might become the forty-fifth President of the United States. Even if he doesn't, Hillary's victory will be so anticlimactic and controversial that her grip on the Oval Office will be feeble and unsustainable. This is an even bigger blow than Brexit and the manipulators are going to pull out all the stops to get Hillary over the finish line. There are far fewer options open to them now then there were in the primaries. If Trump were to have a heart attack or plane crash now, who would believe it? They've already tried various smear campaigns against him that didn't work; if anything they only added to his popularity. In that link I also suggest that the election could be delayed, or even cancelled, by some national emergency; in my view this is another likely outcome. They could allow the election to go ahead using that straight forward electoral fraud I talked about. However, thanks to O'Keefe and others, this is becoming such a widespread public notion that would even that work? Donald Trump is not an anti-New World Order activist. I'm not saying he's a "good guy" or "on our side". If anything, the best I can say about him is that he's a rather blinkered American nationalist. However it doesn't matter what he stands for of what kind of leader he is. All the matters is that we will have a non-establishment leader of the world's principle Illuminati front. That cannot happen when all is well at the mill. This means I have to raise a question I never dared to dream of before... Is this springtime in Narnia? Not quite the end of the New World Order, but perhaps the beginning of the end? It's far too soon to know. By next week we might have a better idea. Then again we might have to wait a while longer.
