RDH Bankruptcy Order

See here for essential background: https://hpanwo-voice.blogspot.com/2024/07/rdh-lawsuit-mini-portal.html.
A notice has been printed in The Gazzette- Official Public Record stating that a bankruptcy order was issued against Richard D Hall on the 16th of this month. I will not link to it because it includes personal information about Richard, despite it being cleared by data protection. What I also will not link to is the most insipid and crass Tweet by Martin Hibbert, the chief claimant, about this verdict. He is still portraying his lawsuit as some great moral crusade. He is the heroic knight who has slain the conspiracy theoretical dragon. As I've said many times before, nothing could be further from the truth. What makes the Hibbert's reaction even more galling is that in the comments underneath some people have tried to appeal to his compassion and sense of fair play. One of them Tweeted: "The guy's got a ten year old son and this judgement has just made him homeless." The claimant responded with a clown emoji. That's the level this matter has descended to. I can only hope enough people joined me in backing the "Home for Lewis" campaign. I can't think of any words to describe how despicable this attack against the Merthyr Tydfil One has been. Maybe I should try in Welsh: Beth am ddarn o gachu. What happens now? No doubt we'll be treated to another episode of "Some Dare Call It Conspiracy" in which Neil Sanders will spend another three hours reading pages from Snopes in which he tries to crowbar this attack into a portrait of something rational and righteous. To look on the bright side, if there is a bright side, and there certainly isn't one for Richard; this incident has shown us all what the UFO/paranormal/conspiratorial community is capable of. Richard called for our help and we responded with unquestioning care, loyalty, solidarity and dedication. I'm proud to be a part of that.

What a bellend Neil Sanders turned out to be. He was obviously a plant!

Hi Giant. Bellend, certainly. Unfortunately some people just do what he does off their own voluntary initiative. No need for plants.

Awful news for Richard, Ben. I am devastated on behalf of Richard and Lewis. Like you, I am proud to have stood in support of Richard and his son when 'others' saw fit to turn their backs on him and his incredible investigation into the truth of the Manchester Arena 'event'... and we know who they are. And Hibbert rejoices, kicking a man when he is down? I have no words... 😱

I know how you feel, Anon. It is utterly depressing.

I find it sad but without the level of sympathy if this was happening to someone else in different circumstances. If you play with fire be prepared to get burnt and RDH's actions (stalking and harassment) of which he was found guilty in court mean he should face the consequences which where always going to be the potential of a heavy fine. He is probably lucky he didn't get a custodial sentence and his son taken into care. I don't like the begging bowl approach either especially when local councils have a duty of care to rehouse single parents with young children so he may find himself in a hotel/hostel until being placed in social housing. This is not 'being homeless'. He will also be able to retain funds for private rental as part of bankruptcy proceedings and remain in possession of furniture etc for basic needs. I cannot condone gloating by other parties of the situation though and agree it's thoroughly shameful.

Well, you can guess my position on everything you've just said. I'm glad you despise the claimant's gloating as much as I do, but you're totally mistaken on everything else. Richard was found guilty unfairly in a bogus trial. I don't believe he stalked or harassed anybody. He also has every right to ask his community for financial assistance and should do so without shame. I've contributed to his cause and so have thousands of others; so much so that his costs were covered. I'm glad. I include details of everything in the portal page which is the background link above.

@ben I doubt I'm totally mistaken as he was found guilty and hasn't appealed. Therefore he wasn't found guilty 'unfairly' there is zero evidence of this and public records show this to be the case. You can believe whatever fantasy you wish but the court findings dispute this. His legal costs (insert solicitors holiday fund as appropriate) where covered by donations collected under false pretences of 'proving' the Manchester bombing wasn't as it appeared in these court proceedings (another fantasy the Court decided that the Defendant “brought no sensible critical analysis.” ). If he had been more honest from the start about the fact he was facing legal action as criminal proceedings for harassment rather than ('defending free speech and journalistic freedom) I know some of these 'thousands' who would not have donated and now won't give him the time of day. Better yet maybe he should have actually accepted he was incorrect about his Manchester arena bombing theories without the victims needing to take him to court in the first place. Hopefully the proposed 'Eve's law' will be some good to come out of this sorry affair so those of us that have experienced Terrorist attacks first hand aren't hounded by conspiracy theorists intent on trying to disprove reality. RDH has burnt his bridges.

As a point of clarity perhaps the case judgement should be read in full where the Manchester arena hoax theory defence put up by RDH was dismissed, to quote " I have referred above to the various descriptions of the “ridiculous absurdity” of, and“far-fetched”, “absurd” “preposterous” and “fantastical” nature of, the narrative maintained by the defendant in this case, which have been given by the judges who considered his Defence earlier in these proceedings. Those epithets are apt to describe Mr Hall’s maintenance in defence of this claim that the Attack was a hoax in which no one was killed or injured, and in particular that the claimants’ life-changing injuries were
not sustained in the Attack. https://www.judiciary.uk/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/Hibbert-v-Hall-Judgment.pdf

Hi Anon. Yes, I've read the case judgement and have reviewed in q.v. I also take note of your rhetoric about "fantasy". In my view it is you who is experiencing a fantasy. "Eve's Law" is a name given to a draft govt bill. The fact it has this sentimental nickname should be a massive red flag. It is simply a pretext for censorship. You may support it, but at some point somebody might come knocking on YOUR door to suppress YOUR opinions... "First they came for the conspiracy theorists" as Pastor Neimoller would no doubt have said if he had lived in modern Britain. As for everything else in your comment, I have addressed it elsewhere in the portal linked at the top and I don't wish to repeat myself; but, in summary, I completely disagree with you.
