Encounters- Episode 2

See here for my review of Encounters episode 1: https://hpanwo-voice.blogspot.com/2023/10/encounters-episode-1.html.
The Ruwa case has become much more public in the last few years thanks mostly to Randall Nickerson and his long quest to achieve that. His research was so detailed that I wondered if this new documentary could add anything new, or something that I'd never heard of. The show features new interviews with some of the witnesses, including Lisil, Emma and Salma all of whom have been involved with the media before. They are also featured in Dr John Mack's and Dominique Callimanopulos' original video. Today they are all adults of course, but they have never changed their stories. However, there are a few new faces, including three pupils who are giving their testimony for the first time. The first two are the brothers Tapfu and Kudzanai who tell the same basic story as the other witnesses, that they saw a craft land and an entity appear beside it. Emma shows the exact location, although the area has changed. Today it is playing fields, but in 1994 it was wilderness. This episode is called Believers, but not all of them are. An ex-student called Dallyn is also interviewed and he takes a very different line. He claims all sixty-two of the other children are lying or deluded. There was no UFO at all; he knows because it was a hoax that he created. He and a friend, whom he does not name, invented the prank to skive off lessons. I know the obvious response from many people will be that he's a shill, put into the witness pool to distract and confuse. I don't make accusations like that lightly and I see no reason to in this instance. I've never even heard of Dallyn before. I assume he was interviewed by Mack and Cynthia Hind; is there footage of his report? He's certainly only just started talking about the Ariel School incident after nearly thirty years. He looks a little younger than the other witnesses and he says he left Ariel "twenty years ago"; that's 2003, nine years after the encounter. Ariel is a primary school that enrols children from grades one to seven. Grade seven means children aged ten to twelve, depending on the system. This means if Dallyn left in 2003, would he have even been old enough to enrol in the first form in '94? If he were, allowing for estimates of timing and dates, then he must have been about four to six years old, whereas the other witnesses were about eight to twelve. Was he really the mastermind of this supposed hoax?

Another stunning new revelation relates to one of the teachers, Mrs Bates. Judy Bates has been on the staff at Ariel for thirty-three years and today she is the headmistress. She can be seen in Mack's video. Astoundingly, she reveals for the first time ever that around the time of the UFO incident she had the first of a series of abduction experiences. This episode did not disappoint in divulging new information. Ruwa has many similarities to the Broad Haven incident featured in episode one. I will move on swiftly to episode three.

Fake Wine Bonanza

The scandal of fake wine that I describe in more detail in the background links below is set to worsen. Despite being a Brexiteer I am concerned about the government's plan to scrap the old EU trade description law about what can and cannot be called "wine". Under that law the drink must be made from fermented grapes and have none of the alcohol removed in a post-brewing process. The minimum alcohol-by-volume level has to be 8.5% with exceptions made for traditionally low alcohol brands. I've found most brands have a level of 10 to 12%. From now on, low or non-alcoholic drink can legally be sold in wine-shaped bottles and called "wine". Source: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-67136177. As the article warns, some people might end up buying that by mistake while thinking it's ordinary wine. As I explain in the background, that is already a problem. What we're going to have to do is rely on is becoming personally savvy and thinking about two factors so as not to be tricked; check the alcohol content on the label and stay away from anything below about a fiver. If the price looks too good to be true, it probably is. It's a pity we live in a world where the basis of marketing an advertising is deception, manipulation and exploitation; but that's the way it has been since Bernays and it shows no sign of changing.

Access Denied

In my book Roswell Rising- a Novel of Disclosure (available at all good bookshops right now, price £10) the main character is a government official, but one day when he tries to find out information about a UFO incident he discovers to his shock how limited his authority really is and how much contempt the military industrial complex regards him with. Something similar has just happened in real life. During the famous US congressional hearing, see: https://hpanwo-tv.blogspot.com/2023/08/ufo-congressional-hearing-livestream.html, David Grusch promised Rep's Luna, Moskowitz and Burchett that he would be able to give them additional information on who has the insider knowledge on the ET crash-retrieval programme, but he could only do so in a sensitive compartmented information facility; it was not appropriate for the public hearing. Two further meetings were arranged, on the 26th of this month and the 16th of November. When Moskowitz and Luna emerged from the SCIF yesterday after the first meeting with the DOD Inspector General they gave a brief informal interview. The two congresspeople were very crestfallen. They reported that the IG and his team informed the elected representatives present that they were not cleared for any of the information available. When asked if anybody else in Congress was, they refused to answer. Source: https://twitter.com/i/status/1717568794363584891. The reporter who did the interview hung around a bit longer and a few minutes later a line of five men also emerged from the SCIF. John Greenewald Jr quickly found out that one of them is the Hon. Robert Storch, who is the DOD IG, as expected. The others were quickly identified by other people on Twitter as members of his oversight and legislative affairs team. Source: https://twitter.com/blackvaultcom/status/1717992423304167483.

This is all very sinister. It confirms what we conspiratorial UFOlogists been saying for a long time, that there is a class of individuals who are above the law and authority of the public legislature. What better definition for the term "Deep State"? This is disappointing and different people in the UFO community have interpreted it in different ways. The skeptic Mick West said: "Another hyped event fails to produce the goods. If this classified briefing on UFO whistleblower Grusch was pointless, with nothing new, then maybe that's a clue. Maybe just some MIC shenanigans. They will claim a cover-up. But what if there was simply no ET to cover up?" Source: https://twitter.com/MickWest/status/1717548595443016052. This is something of a circular argument and West is flailing in the dark, but his belief system compels him to run with the facts much further than he should. The backslapper community is, predictably, incoherent with vainglory, for example: https://twitter.com/StevenCambian/status/1717631671887908898. They are also calling "case closed" when really there is no justification for that. We'll see what happens next month when the congresspeople address the intelligence IG. Despite everything, this is still something of an achievement because we have forced the Truth Embargo into a corner where it has to admit its own existence. I see no reason to think that Grusch's story is less valid than it was beforehand. Nobody in the SCIF said that. It was a "neither confirm nor deny" situation.

UFO By-Election

By-elections are very much in the news at the moment because of the hammering the Tories got in mid-Beds and Tamworth, but across the Atlantic there is another by-election about to take place in Utah USA. This by-election, or "special election" to use the American term, was caused by the resignation of Chris Stewart, representative for Utah's 2nd congressional district. There are seven candidates up to replace him and one of them is somebody called Joseph Buchman. He is running as an independent candidate, not a member of any party. This happens much more often in the United States than it does in Britain. The reason I have brought this up is because Mr Buchman is a UFO believer. He is a good friend of Steve Bassett and is involved with the PRG. He helped organize the Citizen Hearing in 2013, see: https://hpanwo-tv.blogspot.com/2023/05/citizen-hearing-ten-years-on-livestream.html and: https://hpanwo-radio.blogspot.com/2023/05/hpanwo-show-506-podcast-citizen-hearing.html, and has spoken at X-Con. He has run for political office many times before, but this is the first time he is doing so in an election that will receive a lot of media attention. Please help in any way you can with his campaign. You can send him donations, but only if you are American please! It's my own recommendation, but I wouldn't want him to be accused of the usual smears relating to "foreign interference", see: https://www.utahjoe.vote. I notice the constituency in question is home to Dugway Proving Ground, a military base nicknamed "Area 52" with an obvious implication. If Joe becomes the representative he will hopefully make the place more transparent. Steve is one hundred percent behind Joe and I also would love to see him win. The candidate leading in the opinion polls is currently Celeste Malony, the incumbent's colleague from the GOP; but even if Joe doesn't win, he will raise awareness of the UAP issue while in the last few months it has entered another lull. I don't know if Joe has a slogan, but can I suggest: "Make Aliens Relevant Again!"? I'll design some hats. Good luck, Joe! Interestingly, Joseph Buchman is not the only politician to make the stand he has done, others include Jill Hughes, see: https://hpanwo-voice.blogspot.com/2019/11/brexit-candidate-believes-in-aliens.html and Bettina Rodriguez Aguilera, see: https://hpanwo-voice.blogspot.com/2017/10/americas-simon-parkes.html.

UFO Report 2023

The US Office of the Director of National Intelligence has released their annual UAP report. Last year's and 2021's report caused a sensation, see: https://hpanwo-voice.blogspot.com/2022/03/uaptf-report-new-release.html and: https://hpanwo-tv.blogspot.com/2021/06/uaptf-report-livestream.html. The report for 2023 has splashed down with barely a ripple. Even the UFOlogists who have covered it have done so with far more caution. This new report has sixteen pages instead of the previous nine... virtually an epic! The first two are just the cover and contents. The third page, called "page 2" because the title page is not included, is called "Executive Summary" and provides an introduction. AARO has received a total of 291 reports, including 17 that predate the current period, but were omitted from previous reports for reasons not stated. Page 3 is an overflow of page 2 consisting of only four lines; the rest of the page is blank. This seems a waste of space and if this wasn't an electronic document I'd say it was a waste of trees. Maybe that's standard procedure for ODNI paperwork, but it also serves to make the report look longer than it is. Pages four and five mostly repeat information either from previous documents or from the previous pages in this one. They announce that there is a "US bias" in the geography of reported encounters which is hardly news considering AARO and its partners are American outfits. Page 6 displays a pair of pie graphs breaking down the categories of reported encounters. There are a surprisingly large number of spherical objects when in previous civilian UFO literature this shape of object is quite rare (despite my own sighting of one, see: https://hpanwo.blogspot.com/2008/12/my-ufo-sighting-281208.html). Only one percent were triangular and two percent disk-shaped, when these are some of the most common morphologies seen by the general public. This might not be just a simple census. It could be because AARO has access to sensor data unobtainable by civilians; or that the disks and triangles habitually fly at lower altitudes and/or in more populated areas where military sensors are less effective or not deployed and yet civilians are more likely to see them. 53% are "not reported". I'm not sure what this means, possibly that they are just lights and not structured craft. However, that doesn't fit with the other graph which states less than a quarter of anomalies show any lighting. Page 7 has a line graph of altitude distribution. The most common is the 20 to 25,000 foot level, below the cruising altitudes of commercial jets, but higher than most mountains. There is a little blip at the 60,000 foot line of just 1.4 % which probably is caused solely by "Objectgate", see: http://hpanwo-voice.blogspot.com/2023/06/objectgate-mini-portal.html.

In terms of geographic distribution, you can see clearly the aforementioned "US bias" and there is a major hotspot in the Persian Gulf, probably because that is where the US military is most active; however I was surprised to see another flap location in the region of Korea and the Yellow Sea. This might be because Japan and South Korea have a "special relationship" with the US intelligence network. On page 8 it is stated that there have been no examples of health problems connected to UAP phenomena. I don't deny this finding at all, but in the history of UFO close encounters the reality is very different. Witnesses such as John Burroughs, Betty Cash and Vickie Landrum all became seriously ill after their close encounters with UFO's. (Interestingly all three had their experiences on the same day, Boxing Day 1980.) Page 9 is just technical waffle and page 10 details some future strategies; this includes integrating the space domain, in other words bringing in the US Space Force. Page 11 has a single paragraph introducing the appendices, and pages 12 and 13 have an example of a "closed case". This doesn't give much identifying details except that it was in 2021 and the western United States which is a large area and a long period of time. It was resolved as almost certainly being commercial air traffic. Why take up an entire page in this meagre document to detail an explained case? This is an example of a strange habit of behaviour I have identified which I call "walking forward while looking over our shoulder". It is typified by Jenny Randles writing an entire book about solved cases, see: https://youtu.be/HpDqus5lsqo?si=ZqmUHc3bwX_uFAn3&t=7761. Why did she bother? The rest of the report is just a glossary of terms, which I'm sure most people already know. Source: https://www.dni.gov/index.php/newsroom/reports-publications/reports-publications-2023/3733-2023-consolidated-annual-report-on-unidentified-anomalous-phenomena. So this 2023 UAP report deserves every bit of the indifference with which it has been received. It is a superficial, dull, evasive and middling publication that says very little about even less. I would prefer to hear more about the closed hearings and SCIF's currently being organized by Tim Burchett and his supporters. Will we ever be told anything about that?

Have We Passed Peak Cashless?

I would like to congratulate two institutions in East Oxford, two pubs in fact; The Cape of Good Hope and The Cowley Retreat, see: https://www.thecapeofgoodhopeoxford.co.uk/#/ and: https://www.thecowleyretreat.com. I visited both these hostelries at the weekend and was expecting the usual, saying to my friends: "Can I give you this banknote and you buy my round?" Reason being, both those pubs have been on my hit list of conspiratorial notoriety because they have both been cashless since I last checked. We went into the Cape and I walked up to the bar with a friend who was buying the round, but in my hand I held my open wallet. I was poised, waiting for the barman to notice me and say the expected "Sorry, we don't accept cash", but he didn't. Then the till rang and a drawer slid out. The person standing next to me was paying with cash!... I was delighted and told the barman so. I also asked him when the Cape went back to accepting cash and why. He replied that the brewery had gone back to a cash service at all their pubs a few months ago; and he then lamented that this means they needed to buy extra insurance and a new safe and a security courier etc. I pointed out that this is what retailers of all kinds have been doing since the invention of money; and the latest evidence puts that back to sometime in the late Neolithic. Why has it only now become such a burden? We moved on to The Cowley Retreat and the same thing happened, although this time the barmaid didn't grumble about it. As I say in the background links below, I hoped that a time would come in the future when we could reverse the cashless landslide, but I didn't think it would be so soon or that retailers would do so almost willingly it seems; even though neither publican answered by question of why. Perhaps it is simply customer pressure. Maybe the example set by heroic people like Piers Corbyn, see: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/EIb0fvo4rjg, has woken people up; or is that just wishful thinking. Perhaps I am being too optimistic and this is just some kind of eye in the hurricane, but the office at Oxford's Gloucester Green bus station also accepted cash, as did the bus drivers, see: https://hpanwo-tv.blogspot.com/2023/10/theory-of-permanent-disclosure.html. Also this morning I returned to the grocer I mentioned in this article, see: https://hpanwo-voice.blogspot.com/2023/04/whose-street-my-street.html, and had an enlightening conversation with one of the staff. When the manned tills were all shut this time I went up to her and asked: "Are any humans available to serve me?" She laughed and replied: "Humans? They're trying to do away with us!" I said: "Yes, that's why I always use you." She thanked me and showed me to the customer service desk where I paid with cash. Also this story supports my white pilled theory: https://www.independent.co.uk/money/number-of-cash-payments-rises-for-first-time-in-a-decade-b2411114.html. I'm curious to see if this positive trend continues. Perhaps we cashies are about to be vindicated. In the end, maybe it's been worth it to ride out this storm.

Am I a GATE Child?

This article involves me recalling some very painful memories from my youth. To give you some background, I was born in a town in Wales and moved to Oxford when I was eight years old. My father had a new job in Oxford so we all moved. He is from a Bristol-Welsh family and worked as an engineer until he retired about ten years ago. My mother was a Dutchwoman who met my dad in the '60's while he was at university in Birmingham and she was working as an au pair. When my brother and I were old enough to attend school my mum went to work as a cinema usherette. By then she was in her early thirties and one day she decided to get an education. She did evening classes in psychology and eventually got a degree; this allowed her to train as a relationship counsellor and she worked as one for about ten years after that until she had to retire early because of ill health. The training course was in Rugby, Warwickshire and involved several periods of residential tuition lasting a few weeks. One day when she came home from one of these stays she had this old Scottish lady with her called Isabel. It was pretty clear before long that the two of them had become good friends. It's possibly more accurate to say that Isabel adopted my mum. My dad once told me himself that "Isabel is her mother." In this way she became what you might call my step-grandmother. She was a huge part of our lives, essentially a new member of the family. I endured this for the next eight years; in fact until I left home aged twenty. I'm not going to describe in detail what this period of my life was like for two reasons; firstly, I can't remember all of it, but secondly because it is still too upsetting to put it into words. Basically, my mother's behaviour and personality changed considerably while Isabel was around. Isabel was there in our house almost every day even though she had her own home; just like "Centaur", see: https://hpanwo.blogspot.com/2009/01/eyes-of-centaur.html. Isabel would turn up in the morning and demand to be served with coffee. She did this politely unless I was the one present; then she would bark rudely at me as if I were a servant. When she was present my mum used to speak to me in a similar tone. The two of them also used to talk about me in a very critical way as if I were not there, although they did this intentionally knowing I could hear them. For me, a twelve-year-old boy, I didn't understand what was happening other than it filled me with a huge amount of sadness. Years later I realized that this was because Isabel was turning my mother against me. Talking to Isabel in any capacity was uncomfortable and confusing. She seemed to have an almost magical way of bamboozling me, tying me up in mental knots. She only ever did this to me, not my brother or my dad. Even the rest of the family admitted she had a weird fixation with me. It was not until many years after I left home that I found out who Isabel actually was. Her full name was Isabel Menzies-Lyth and she is one of the most infamous names in the history of psychological warfare. Here is a page about her: https://melanie-klein-trust.org.uk/writers/isabel-menzies-lyth/. Here is an interview: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1wsw9YBEBas. Isabel was also the inspiration for my own character Millicent, see: http://hpanwo-bb.blogspot.com/2017/10/roswell-revealed-is-here.html.

The revelation of Isabel's identity led to more questions, such as: why us? Or more precisely, why me? My family are not important people. Our background is best described as what in the UK is known as "skilled working class". My mother was one of several dozen students on the counselling course, so why did Isabel latch onto her? What was somebody of Isabel's prominence in the field of psychology even doing getting involved with lowly relationship counsellors' training? I had to ask whether she had inserted herself into our family on a mission. Was all this done to try and break me down? To bring me back to normality. I have always had open-minded ideas my whole life. Even though I have only been in full conspiratorial awareness since the mid-90's when I was already grown up, before then as a child I had some distinct basic interests. My childhood memories are sketchy, but I did consume many junior readers' books on esoteric mysteries, such as Usborne's "World of the Unknown" collection, see: https://usborne.com/gb/the-world-of-the-unknown-ghosts-9781474976688 and: https://usborne.com/gb/the-world-of-the-unknown-monsters-9781801312486 and: https://usborne.com/gb/the-world-of-the-unknown-ufos-9781474992152. Things like this could have raised red flags; or maybe it was something else about me; something I've not even thought of yet. I score very high on the empathy scale, see: https://hpanwo-voice.blogspot.com/2019/12/the-empath-test_11.html. In today's society, this is informally regarded as an "empathic disorder". I remember being sent to see educational psychologists several times from about the age of eight. When I was about eleven I underwent something called "Education for Living" in which I was taken out of my normal class about three times a week and coached by a psychologist.

I don't know all the answers and maybe never will. My mother died in 2006 and Isabel followed her in 2008. However, I have recently come across some archived pages that had been doing the rounds a few years ago on Rense.com, a few other sites and eventually 4Chan. They suggest there are covert programmes for identifying certain personality traits in children, those that might make them troublesome adults in years to come. They were allegedly run by the Tavistock Institute and called "GATE"; this is apparently an acronym for something not explained. Once identified, a child could be given the right "treatment" to prevent them developing along their natural progression lines and instead divert them into a more conventional mindset. Was I one of those children? There is a questionnaire in one of the articles that might give me a clue. I've filled it in. My answers are in italics.

So my responses are a bit borderline. I'm not sure what else I can find out. How can I learn more? I could ask my dad, but he tends to clam up when I raise subjects to do with our family's past; but you never know because he is at least willing to be a bit more open with me about certain subjects, see: https://hpanwo-voice.blogspot.com/2023/08/my-dad-asked-me-about-ufos.html. One thing's for sure. There are questions that need answering. Something is not right with my family and there is no everyday explanation for some of the things that have happened to me during my life. Today, I have a very different personality to all the rest of my family. None of them share my interests.

Air-Gen

A few months ago I reported on a series of mainstream advertisements about what appeared to be a free energy device, see: https://hpanwo-voice.blogspot.com/2023/05/free-energy-ads.html. Now something else very similar has happened. There is a lot of talk in the mainstream about something called "Air-Gen". This is a device invented by an electrical engineer, Jun Yao, and a microbiologist with the self-deprecating name of Derek Lovley. I'm guessing from his name that the former is Chinese or has Chinese roots. It's odd that experts in those two fields team up, but in this case they have because their creation involves both specialities. The Air-Gen is short for "air generation" and it works by breeding a microbe called Geobacter sulfurreducens that produces protein "nanowires". The nanowires form a very thin film, just a few micrometres thick, onto which tiny electrodes are attached. The film absorbs water from atmospheric humidity and this leads to a chemical reaction with the proteins that produces an electric current. Unlike wind and solar power, the Air-Gen is not dependent on the weather; and it also doesn't need much water so it can work in very arid environments. The power generated is very low; 0.5 volts at 17 microamps per square centimetre of film, but this might be enough for powering small electronics like a wristwatch or mobile phone. It could also "help power your home" if it were incorporated into the walls and roofs of houses, a bit like the piezoelectric surfaces that generate electricity when the wind blows on them. Source: https://www.theengineer.co.uk/content/news/air-gen-device-makes-electricity-from-air-moisture/. Technically this counts as a free energy device because its source of power is free, but would it be practical on a large industrial scale? We know that the conventional permitted free energy methods of wind and solar etc are having terrible trouble doing so. This has led some environmentalists to swallow the nuclear pill, see: https://hpanwo-tv.blogspot.com/2020/12/pandoras-promise-film-review.html. I find these scientific curiosities interesting, but really the questions about their capabilities are moot. Society could be fuelled by powerful free energy technology that exists already and has been developed for decades in secret to levels of perfection. All we need to do is declassify it and roll it out. If that happens we could eliminate fossil fuel use within fifteen or twenty years. Are these soft kill publicity spots getting the population used to the idea beforehand?

Good Omens 2

See here for essential background: https://hpanwo-voice.blogspot.com/2020/02/good-omens.html.
"Don't watch it! It's awful! So woke!" said one pundit, a person I know and whose judgement I trust. They were referring to a TV series I have been looking forward to for a long time, Good Omens 2. As you can see in the background link above, I was very impressed indeed by the first season. I didn't expect season two to be as good; sequels rarely are. The second series is very similar is style and format. It has six fifty minute episodes and most of the same cast. There are some interesting changes though. Lord Beelzebub is played by a new actress, Shelley Conn, who is not as good. The annoying irony is that Anna Maxwell Martin couldn't take the part because she was busy playing the "Strong!" "Woman!" in A Spy Among Friends, see: https://hpanwo-voice.blogspot.com/2023/09/a-spy-among-friends.html. What a waste! Three cast members from season one return, but as different characters. Miranda Richardson has gone from playing the medium Madame Tracy to Shax, a demon who assists Crowley. Two nuns from the Chattering Order of St Beryl now play shop owners, Maggie Service and Nina Sosanya. The latter's character runs a cafe with the brilliant name of "Give Me Coffee or Give Me Death". There are also some new arrivals, mostly quite good; and some sad absences. I did rather miss the sardonic bureaucratic aggression of Paul Chahidi's Sandalphon. There are some elderly guest stars from the golden age of cinema in the form of Siân Phillips and Derek Jacobi. The core of the plot is the emergence on earth of the Archangel Gabriel, incarnated as human, devoid of all clothing and memory. Aziraphale and Crowley have to find out what happened to him and what to do with him. The angels and demons in the six new episodes are as morally ambiguous as they were in season one. As I said back then, this is what makes the whole story so interesting. There are a lot of flashbacks, far more than in season one, exploring Aziraphale and Crowley's past collaboration in altering the outcome of various bible stories. This usually involves getting one up on the other angels; causing Aziraphale a lot of internal conflict. One of the characters is the Metatron who is portrayed as the leader of the angels; God does not narrate in season two. It's interesting that the Metatron appears a lot in the Gnostic tradition; sometimes under other names such as Rex Mundi, the Demiurge, Lucifer and Jahbulon (in Freemasonry). This is allegedly the deity that created the universe, which runs in the face of Abrahamic lore which says God made the world; God being the God of Israel, Jehovah, Adonai, Allah, etc. The Metatron made the universe imperfect and man's quest is to bring divinity into it. Jesus was not God incarnate because God cannot appear in a world as mundane as ours. This conflict was not explored in Good Omens, or hasn't been yet. There is no doubt that a third series is being planned because the ending is left very open.

(Spoiler alert!) The conclusion is remarkable. It involves an alchemical wedding between Gabriel and Beelzebub after Beelzebub holds the archangel's memories inside one of her flies during his period of amnesia. Theologians can make of that what they will! Crowley and Aziraphale have an argument when Crowley is offered the chance to return to Heaven; because, as the story goes, Satan was originally a fallen angel. Crowley still believes what Aziraphale used to. In season one the angel says to Adam: "Some hoped there would be a God incarnate. Others hoped you were the Devil incarnate. But you're better than both of those; you are human incarnate!" Aziraphale, however, has been seduced by the glories of Heaven, ironically making the Almighty the tempter. The final scene shows the two of them going their separate ways. I can't wait for the third series! Was it woke? Yes. In fact I played spot-the-white-straight-male and had a difficult time; however, it was presented in such a light-hearted way it didn't really bother me as much as usual. Encounters- Episode 1

Everybody in the UFO-o-sphere is talking about the new series Encounters. It's taken me a while to get round to start watching it, but now I have. The first episode is about the "Welsh triangle", a series of close encounters in 1977 around a region of southwest Wales. It was centred on the Pembrokeshire southern coastal region, a major tourist destination. There were sightings of strange craft and beings near a hotel in Broad Haven and also a further CE3 at the local school. This has many similarities to the Ruwa and Westall incidents, see: https://hpanwo-radio.blogspot.com/2016/04/programme-183-podcast-westall-50.html and: https://hpanwo-tv.blogspot.com/2019/12/ruwa-ufo-reply-to-steve-mumbling.html. A nearby farm was also affected. The episode includes dramatic footstep-retracing with the witnesses that reminds me of James Fox' style. There are also reconstructions with actors. The special effects and acting are very good. I particularly like a scene where men-in-black turn up. They do bring in the skeptic angle by interviewing Dr David Clarke; and also deal with the theory that the whole flap was a hoax organized by a man in a fireman's suit from the local oil terminal. This was quickly discredited though. So far so good! I have taken a special interest in this case and have read all three books about it. This is partly because I come from the region; not Pembrokeshire exactly, but Ceredigion, close by. I also have friends who live not far away. In the background links below are the HPANWO TV films I made about the incidents which includes visits to the locations with my friends. Source: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GCY08bvbe0M. Viewers in some countries will not see this episode; instead there is a different Episode One.

HS2 North Scrapped

See here for essential background: https://hpanwo-voice.blogspot.com/2021/11/hs2-extension-scrapped.html.
After all the recent black pills about stags and trees I can now give you a white pill to swallow the size of a Nimitz tic-tac. The HS2 project has been beset by spiralling costs and growing environmental concerns. Every time we blinked the price went up another billion and another forest was listed for felling. Nothing can bring back the trees and villages destroyed by phase one, London to Birmingham, but the rest of it in the North Country had not yet been started. Then in 2021 it was announced that the eastern leg was to be scrapped, see above. This was the longest extension proposed; heading northeast from Birmingham through the East Midlands to Leeds. However this still left the "western branch", the extension that was planned to run due north from Birmingham through Staffordshire and Cheshire to Manchester. Then, this afternoon at the Conservative Party conference the Prime Minister Rishi Sunak announced that this would be ditched as well, effectively shelving the rest of the HS2 project. Obviously I am overjoyed, although I'm not thanking Sunak. I don't think for a moment that he took this decision out of the goodness of his heart, but it is still a relief and a victory. The natural world earmarked for destruction has been granted a reprieve; however HS2 phase two had already ruined lives before a single clod was dug, for example: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-manchester-67006024. It would be nice if Mr Bardsley could buy back his old house now, but of course he must have sold it at a discount and now its price is going to shoot back up. I hope all the people affected sue the government. I'm not so naive to think this is the end of the globalists' attacks on our landscape, animals, plants and people. They will regroup and launch another offensive at some point, but for now this a battle won. We can relax and breathe easy, temporarily.

Sycamore Gap Update

See here for essential background: http://hpanwo-voice.blogspot.com/2023/09/sycamore-gap.html.
Since reporting on this tragic incident I have received a lot of peer review making me aware of some strange anomalies connected with it. Firstly, the cutting looks like a professional job. A white line was painted around the trunk of the tree to guide the placement of the saw. There was also not much sawdust, indicating the vandal knew how to handle a chainsaw. Amateurs tend to make several cuts to get it right, which releases more sawdust. Travis Walton himself couldn't have done a better job. Also, it took place almost exactly on the second anniversary of the shooting of the white stag. This was an incident in Bootle, Merseyside in which a stag was seen running along the town's streets. The animal was completely white; caused by leucism, a condition similar to albinism. White stags are sacred animals in Celtic and Anglo-Saxon mythology. In CS Lewis' The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, the four main characters find their way home from the land of Narnia by following one. It is often seen on heraldry and this is why there are so many pubs called The White Hart; "hart" being an old word for a stag. The RSPCA advised everybody to leave it alone knowing that, after a while, if it wasn't harassed it would calm down and find its way back out into the countryside; but instead the police shot it. The local force said: "There was no option to let the deer wander as it could be a danger to motorists and members of the public in the area, particularly as the hours of darkness approached. As a result a decision was made in the early evening to euthanize the deer." For me and many other people, this incident and its heartbreaking conclusion felt like an act of deliberate desecration and vainglory. The forces of global authoritarian government deliberately destroying an innocent and blessed symbol of indigenous British culture. Two years later, have they done the same thing again? Somebody suggested this was retaliation for destroying the Georgia Guidestones, see: https://hpanwo-voice.blogspot.com/2023/02/would-real-rc-christian-please-stand-up.html. That happened on July the 6th last year. We should make a note to see if anything happens two years afterwards, on July the 6th 2024. I connected the two incidents myself in my poem The Stag and the Stones, see: https://hpanwo-bb.blogspot.com/2022/07/the-stag-and-stones-poem.html.

GB News Crisis

Since its launch in 2021 GB News had been a lifeline, breath of fresh air, haven, safe space, and many other things, for anybody who loathes the woke globalist deceptive mainstream media. It has been castigated and persecuted ruthlessly by the conformist norm for its whole two-year history. Its viewers have stood by it and defended it, including me, even thought it is not perfect; but unfortunately there are some distinct signs that GB News' stalwart resolution is caving in. Last Wednesday evening Laurence Fox was being interviewed by Dan Wooton when he attacked the journalist Ava Evans. Dan was told by the director live in the gallery to pull Fox up, but Dan didn't. The result was the predictable social media bedlam. Dan and Laurence were instantly suspended. Another presenter, Calvin Robinson threatened to go on strike over the issue, and was suspended the next day. The Australian CEO, Angelos Frangopoulos, said he was "appalled" by Laurence's comments, but refused to give further details. Source: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment-arts-66957385. It seems there is some kind of civil war going on inside GB News; one between the fundamentalists who want to stick two fingers up at the establishment and the realpoltikians who think they can best help the channel by cooperating with the establishment and appeasing the mainstream as much as possible. I am definitely on the side of the former. Nothing will ever be achieved by pandering for approval from those who will never approve. The mainstream media doesn't want to accommodate or contain GB News; they just want to destroy it. Anything short of direct confrontation is simply weakening our position. I know this means GB News might end up an internet only platform, or even an alt-tech exclusive like RT; but that is the price we all have to pay for being principled in a corrupt world. Dan Wooton has issued a public apology and that is a big mistake. Laurence Fox happily remains defiant, see: https://twitter.com/i/status/1707453715316195756.

The mainstream media is portraying this whole issue in the one-sided way it always was bound to; that nasty old misogynistic Laurence Fox was insulting poor sweet innocent Ava Evans. The truth of the matter is that Laurence was sorely provoked, as he explains in his video above. Ava Evans and her fellow presenters on The Politics Show treated the issue of escalating male suicide rates in a dismissive and nonchalant manner. To be fair, Ava later recanted her statement; but despite this she has made other demeaning comments in the past about "White!" "Men!" for which she has never apologized, including a time when she was, amazingly, in a studio with Connor from Podcast of the Lotus Eaters, see: https://odysee.com/@lotuseaters_com:1/and-then-they-came-for-gb-news:8. Niall Murphy has also made a good video about this, see: https://odysee.com/@MrOpaquelens:c/in-defence-of-laurence-fox:4. We are approaching a time soon, probably the moment the next general election has passed, when there will be another massive push to reintroduce the Online Harms Bill. We need to be tough and uncompromising in this battle to come. There is no point being a free speech TV channel if you're going to fall into countersignalling so easily. I therefore ask GB News' management to lift unconditionally all three suspensions on their presenters and allow them back on the air. This should be done without any qualifications or half-heartedness. If GB News fails then it will dissolve into just another pushbutton attenuated husk of what it used to be, and is supposed to be. Luckily in today's culture another outlet would replace it in that situation, and if so let's hope that one has more courage.
