Ukrainian flag on St Helena

 

The St Helena Government have raised the flag of Ukraine outside Plantation House. It now flies between the poles of the Saint Helena, Ascension and Tristan da Cunha triumvirate. This copies the actions in other countries of flying the flag or projecting it onto famous monuments like the Sydney Opera House, Nelson's Column or the Brandenburg Gate. Where on earth did anybody even find a Ukrainian flag on St Helena? I suppose they could have quickly made one from scrap textile. It's a simple colour, just blue and yellow horizontal stripes. I hope one wasn't specially flown in. Maybe they can use it as bedding for Jonathan afterwards. We are seeing all my predictions about the dark side of St Helena's new international age coming true, sadly. This would never have happened before the airport was built. Before then, the Saints paid very little attention to global current affairs because such affairs didn't affect them. Today, St Helena is sounding more and more like Chipping Norton. The difference is, Chipping Norton has had a thousand years to adjust to living in the modern world. St Helena has had seven. From my perspective, the Saints seem to be suffering for it, like the Australian Aborigines who turned to drink when their land was discovered by the outside world. RT Censored

 

Even before the devastating invasion of Ukraine that began yesterday, see: https://hpanwo-voice.blogspot.com/2022/02/russia-invades-ukraine.html, Sir Keir Starmer made a speech in Parliament demanding that Ofcom withdraw the broadcasting licence from Russia Today. Governments have become increasingly blunt and barefaced in their tyranny post-2020 and their drive for censorship is not as cloaked as it used to be. They do still sometimes use diversionary catchphrases like: "countering misinformation", "fact checking" and "trust the science", but more and more they are laying their cards on the table and admitting that these are simply opinions and knowledge that they don't want the people to have access to. Starmer calls RT President Putin's personal propaganda tool. Indeed their YouTube uploads all have a Wikibox that says: RT is funded in whole or in part by the Russian government. However, the BBC, which is not only funded but owned by the UK state, has no such disclaimer. And as we've seen, it is a personal propaganda tool of whoever in the globalist cabal runs Great Britain. I would be infuriated to see RT banned from the TV networks. RT is one of the few interesting and open-minded news channels around; one of the others being GB News. They regularly interview anti-establishment figures whose appearance in the mainstream media would be unthinkable. Sure, their general stance is pro-Russian; but look how unbendingly anti-Russian the rest of the media is. Why does nobody complain about that? Ofcom, the Office of Communications, is a regulatory agency that is intended to protect the public from harmful content on TV, radio and the rest of the media. It was never supposed to be a political censorship organization. There are few forces in the world as destructive as a government that is frightened, but it is still a good thing that they are frightened. Russia Invades Ukraine

I came home from work today and gasped when I saw what has happened. I never thought I would write the words in the title of this post. The mainstream media warned that it was coming, but I assumed President Putin was playing a different and more subtle game. Instead, his strategy is actually far simpler. As dawn broke, explosions were heard in Kiev and shortly afterwards the Ukrainian foreign minister Tweeted: "Putin has just launched a full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Peaceful Ukrainian cities are under strikes. This is a war of aggression. Ukraine will defend itself and will win. The world can and must stop Putin. The time to act is now." Reports then emerged of explosions at several military bases, not just in the Donbas, but all over the country. It was then revealed that the explosions were caused by land-attack cruise missiles. The targets included the Ukrainian military's headquarters in Kiev and their missile command centre, presumably to stop them launching retaliatory strikes against Russia. There are now Russian land forces moving northwards from Odessa, a coastal town near Crimea, and southwards from Belarus, a Russian ally. There are also Russian aircraft flying in Ukrainian airspace. The Ukrainian air force claims to have shot down six of them. Air raid sirens have been heard in Kiev, Kramatorsk, Dnipro, Mariupol and Kharkiv; and people have been staying indoors and even sheltering in underground railway stations, like Londoners did during World War II. Airports have also been attacked. By midday there were Russian ground forces on station and skirmishes began with the Ukrainian army. A block of flats in Chugev was destroyed. Lots of people have been killed, both soldiers and bystanders. People are fleeing the cities and the nation, as well as neighbouring Moldova, are preparing to cater for thousands of refugees. Is this World War III? This is not a false flag. Putin has announced the military operation which he says is to protect the welfare of Russian citizens in Ukraine and to demilitarize the regime causing their suffering. His plan may well by to oust President Zelensky and install a pro-Russian leader, possibly Viktor Yanukovych, who was forced to step down in 2014 and has been exiled in Russia. The response from the world political community has been universal condemnation. France, the USA, the EU and Great Britain have all announced massive increases to their existing sanctions. As I say in the background links above and below, I believe Putin is not the bad guy here. I think his cause is just. He is being set up as a typical popular media bogeyman. In fact The Sun's headline yesterday was a classic example of its acidic wit: "MAD VLAD". Last night the Brandenberg Gate in Berlin was lit up in the colours of the Ukrainian flag. The people of earth are being frothed up into a lynch mob. However, Putin has raised the stakes so high with this devastating escalation that I wonder what he hopes to achieve. How does he think this is going to end well for his country and people?

Prince Andrew Off The Hook

 

I am very disappointed to report that the lawsuit against Prince Andrew is over. He has settled out of court with Virginia Roberts Giuffre. Source: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-60393843. This is a crushing disappointment. I had come to believe that Ms Giuffre was a genuine whistleblower, a voice for the voiceless victims of elite paedophile gangs. Andrew was meant to be the key to the dungeon. I was confident he was going to go down and take hundreds of evil hangers on with him. I know the Duke of York paid his accuser some hush money a few years ago and I said when I found out, she should have refused to accept it. Now she has accepted another payment and is dropping the entire case. Maybe I have misjudged her all along. Maybe she really is just another MeToo gold-digger who happens to have snared the most lucrative victim. What does this mean for the future? Are there any other holes in the barricade? Well, there is Ghislaine Maxwell. She's in jail for life now, but she might still be persuaded to come clean, that is if she doesn't "commit suicide" like her boyfriend. It is possible something will break out that can reopen the investigation into Prince Andrew. Hopefully this time it will result in a criminal prosecution that he won't be able to buy his way out of. Right now there is no sign that this will happen. It's a forlorn hope.

Sam Wright Dies

I'm very sorry to report than Sam Wright has passed away. Sam was one of the organizers of the UK Probe International conference in Lytham St Annes, Lancashire. The autumn 2006 event was the first ever conference I went to. He and his wife Jean founded Probe in 1991 and it ran right up to the last one in autumn 2019. I managed to make a short but wonderful interview video with them in 2009, see: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aOmqYmOj02A. From the moment I arrived at the 2006 conference, I was hooked. From that day onwards, the UFO paranormal conspiracy conference circuit has been a massive part of my life. Jean passed away in 2011 and Sam continued working on the biannual conferences with the help of his family and friends. The Probe conferences gave me something to look forward to all the time. Unlike most other conferences, Probe was twice a year, not once. I found a community of like-minded people that I could join. In a world where I am generally isolated from those around me, I felt a sense of belonging. I really owe the organizers a lot; they have changed my life for the better. It's nice to think Sam and Jean are together again, along with all the other fallen heroes like David Boyle. There have been a run of bereavements in our community over the last twelve months or so. Let's hope this is the last. Rest in peace, Sam.

The Next Crisis

 

I was working outdoors today when I came across the above sign that was posted beside a river in Oxford by the Health Security Agency (yuck!). It is warning that avian influenza is doing the rounds of the local waterfowl and they're warning people not to risk catching it because the virus can affect humans. There was a global pandemic in 2015 to 2016 that killed several hundred people, or a few thousand depending on the source. It spread to humans in Chinese poultry farms (Why do these viruses always seem to start in China?). This sign was put up on the same day that the government announced that it was probably going to cancel Plan A a month early; in other words, completely ending all coronavirus restrictions. I said in a recent livestream and a live street protest that I have noticed across the world many countries suddenly abolishing their lockdowns. Even those who have the most brutal, like Australia and Lithuania, are seriously reviewing them. To me this sounds like an emergency stop. However, there's no way they're giving up that easily. The New World Order will not go quietly. So, what crisis are they preparing next for us? There always has to be a crisis of some kind. Have you noticed that? We are never left in peace! We lurch from one emergency to the next. Whenever there is no real one, they engineer one. The challenge for the Deep State is to come up continuously with calamitous fables that are believable and original; like a bad journalist with a regular newspaper column struggling to keep his readers interested. I've been making lists of potential future scenarios along those lines, in order of estimated likelihood:
1. Food shortages and rationing. The cause of this will probably have something to do with lorries. The government are very keen to demonize lorry drivers because of what's going on in Canada right now.
2. Failure of the electricity supply. This will probably be blamed on Russian hackers, killing two birds with one stone, see: http://hpanwo-voice.blogspot.com/2022/02/blackout.html and: https://hpanwo-tv.blogspot.com/2022/01/ukraine-livestream.html.
3. A new disease, see above.
4. Climate change. For this to hit home it would have to be a massive catastrophe that affects everybody's lives, like the Gulf Stream stopping. Such a natural disaster could be engineered using breakaway civilization technology.

6. Nothing at all. This emergency stop is actually nothing of the sort; it's just meant to look like that. It's just the public facade of a deeper part of the agenda, or a psychological trick. They're teasing us with a very short freedom! This is very unlikely based on their recent behaviour. They're crafty, but not that crafty.
Time will tell which of these projections will be realized. Maybe more than one will, or even all of them. Or none of them. Maybe what the Illuminati have up their sleeve is something I have not thought of. If so then be sure it will be first reported on HPANWO Voice.

What is Boris Doing?

In the above background article I make an oblique reference to the classic 1983 film Star Wars: Episode VI- Return of the Jedi. What I mean by "turn back from the Dark Side" is that in the film the principle villain, Darth Vader, suddenly switches loyalties and becomes good when forced to watch his master, Emperor Palpatine, attempt to murder his son, Luke. I actually thought it a forlorn hope, and in a way I still do, that Boris Johnson could do the same. In the story, Darth Vader, real name Anakin, starts out as a good man, but is drawn into a life of hatred and destruction. At one point, he denies to his son that he can ever change. He tells Luke: "You don't know the power of the Dark Side!... It is too late for me, son." I thought this might be a metaphor for Boris, although I never really took it seriously. However, a few days ago something extraordinary happened, something which somehow escaped my attention at the time. The Prime Minister announced in Parliament something that has so far only been the domain of conspiracy theorists like me. He said to the Labour leader Kier Starmer: "This former head of the Crown Prosecution Service spent most of his time prosecuting journalists and failing to prosecute Jimmy Savile!" Source: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1p6l5JPVMm0. The backlash from this has been extraordinary. No less than six cabinet members resigned on the spot. The media have of course "fact checked" Boris' accusation and Boris has issued a partial retraction; big mistake! However, he is still refusing to apologize. The claim goes that Starmer may have been head of the CPS, but he was not the case reviewer for Jimmy Savile. Savile was arrested and questioned in 2009 because of numerous independent complaints about his conduct from many years earlier. The CPS report decided not to proceed because the accusers all refused to press charges, or so they say. This is odd considering they were not part of any class action suit and they had all made initial independent complaints. Starmer eventually audited the report and decided that the Service reviewer had been in grave error not to charge Savile. However he said this in January 2013, well over a year after Savile had died and the story had broken to the media. As head of the CPS are we to believe that he had no input at all on the 2009 review when it involved such a famous person? As our PM said, Starmer had no compunction about getting down and dirty when it came to locking up Julian Assange. This is what we "nutters" have been warning about for years. What's more, Starmer has looked the other way over far more than just Savile. The grooming gangs for instance. Since then Keir Starmer has been heckled on the street by protesters, many waving the flag of Canada in solidarity with the truckers. They shouted at him, but did not attempt to harm him, see: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6IVl48slSn0. At the time of writing Boris has condemned the protesters, but still has not apologized. What's more he has gone and appointed Jacob Rees-Mogg the first ever Minister of State for Brexit Opportunities and Government Efficiency, which I'm guessing is similar to the old Brexit Secretary which was dissolved on the 31st of January 2020. By appointing such a hardline Brexit hawk to this vital position, is Boris making a statement? Is he warning the "rejoin alliance" that they will get nowhere? Am I just letting my optimism get the better of me? Is this just my imagination? I can't help wondering if Boris has been shocked into the realization of how he has changed so much for the worse since entering Number Ten. Is he now, on the very brink of his total moral annihilation, turning around and fighting back? Obviously I hope so. Even if it is not to late to escape his removal from office, he plans to throw the emperor over the rails before he goes. In the film, Anakin dies soon after his redemption, but that doesn't neutralize his good deed. I will say the same for Boris if he truly goes back to being Britain's Trump in his last days as Prime Minister.

New Plane Spotted at Area 51

In 2015 I reported on the construction of a new and enormous aircraft hangar at Area 51. This was situated away from the main Homey Airport campus, probably for security and/or safety reasons, see: https://hpanwo-voice.blogspot.com/2015/07/area-51-extension.html. Now research into this new hangar has given us an amazing update. What looks like an aeroplane has been spotted near it. A satellite photograph shows a black object underneath a hangar tent, that is in the middle of assembly, a short distance from the main hangar. It is black in colour and about sixty-five feet long. It has what appear to be delta wings, indicating it is built for high speed. These have curved leading edges, like the Concorde airliner, giving it good handling at low speeds. The rear of the vehicle is also curved. There is no sign on any tail, and tailless designs are quite common among the most modern aeroplanes. This black object looks very much like the "Next Generation Air Dominance" project, a US Air Force proposal to replace the aging Lockheed Martin F22. It's very likely that the management of Area 51 allowed this image to be captured. They know when satellites are flying overhead. They have the experience of the entire space age in detecting spy satellites from the Soviet Union, later the Russian Federation, as they orbit overhead with their cameras pointing down, hoping to catch the a glimpse of the future enemy aerial threat. They are adept at moving undercover anything they want kept secret until the satellite is gone. I suspect the way this aircraft was left sitting outside as the satellite passed above was done because the government plan to declassify the prototype very soon. They may even have set this situation up as a kind of publicity shoot to do a bit of viral marketing. I wonder what other secrets are waiting in the wings at Area 51.

Simon Parkes is Innocent!

"How do you know that, Ben?" I hear you ask. Well, I could turn that on its head and ask: How do you know Simon Parkes is guilty? What is asserted without evidence can be dismissed without evidence. Quite a while before his totally unfair attack on Linda Moulton Howe that I covered previously, Steven "Lord Chief Justice" Cambian got together with his team of livestream litigants to smear another person's character, this time with a far more serious allegation, something that actually borders on criminal. The central figure in this inquisition is their little MeToo heroine, somebody called Ginette. As Ginette tells her story the rest of the panel shower her with sympathetic platitudes. "We stand shoulder to shoulder with you!" and "We applaud your courage in coming forward!" are typical of them. If you can detach yourself from the emotion of this account, you should ask yourself some crucial questions such as: Why has nobody called the police? Some might claim that the police would never take action over an issue like this, but Simon Parkes is a white male; so yes they would. Later in the interview the panel state: "We are in the process of interviewing more 'Women!' about Simon Parkes' predatory behaviour!" Why are bunch of hashtag bantams doing this and not the police? Give me a reason not to believe that this team is simply perpetuating a hoax? You heard me right. Cambian's livestream reminds me a bit of an episode of The Simpsons called Homer Badman in which Homer is falsely accused of groping a girl's bottom, especially the propaganda sequence, see: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FVZxwP_a0gw and: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V7NPi0aU5Sk. I have a lot of very bitter experience along these lines because this kind of vilification has happened to me! I was in Simon's position myself and I was completely innocent. Despite this, my abusers concocted some very vivid, skillful and sophisticated slander against me. I've given some examples in the background links below. To my knowledge, Simon Parkes has not yet been charged with any offence; in fact he has not even been arrested and questioned. If he had been we would know because Steven Cambian's video would not be online. The first thing the Crown prosecutors would do is contact Cambian to demand that he remove that livestream and all other references to Simon Parkes from his social media accounts. This would be essential for a police investigation and to ensure a fair trial. Cases have been thrown out of court and real criminals have walked free because the evidence is polluted in advance by online gossip. The fact that nobody has called the police leads me to suspect that deep down most, if not all, of Cambian's panel know very well that this accusation against Simon is a complete fabrication. I don't know Simon Parkes very well and I'm not a member of Connecting Consciousness. However, because I've been on the receiving end, I just cannot walk by on the other side when these ordeal-by-internet witch-hunts break out. There was a time when I really needed support from others while so many people dropped me like a hot potato and bolted. I'm not going to be one of those myself. As I said in the background article above about Linda Moulton Howe, we are about to enter an age in which the foundations and buttresses of Deep State rule are going to fall away completely, probably in a very short space of time. We are going to be left alone to face the world without the domination on which we have become dependent. In the post-Illuminati transitional period, how are we going to deal with accusations of wrongdoing? Are we going to come together and cooperate to create a parallel system of law, possibly based on my tribunal model? Or are we going to descend back into the Dark Ages where guilty parties are decided by who can throw together the most convincing yarn and shout the loudest on the longest YouTube video?

Craig Charles- UFO Conspiracies, Episode One

 

Craig Charles is best known for playing the character David Lister in the TV sci-fi comedy Red Dwarf, and his fame in that role has led to others related to space, both fiction and non-fiction. The latest dish of the latter is the eponymous Craig Charles- UFO Conspiracies from Sky History, the same channel that brought us Project Blue Book. His co-host is Sarah Cruddas, a space science journalist. The two are clearly acting the as a typical Mulder and Scully of believer vs skeptic that we see repeated in many documentaries on the unexplained; here's another example: https://hpanwo-voice.blogspot.com/2020/08/scarlett-moffatts-critics.html. This episode is of particular interest because it covers a subject which I myself was one of the first researchers to take seriously, the Pentyrch incident. The story of how a gigantic tetrahedral or pyramidal object appeared one night above a village in Wales is told in the background links below. Unfortunately because this is terrestrial TV there are regular advert breaks and so short "coming up" and recap segments are inserted at the beginnings and ends of these breaks. Some shots are repetitively overused, especially close-ups of the presenters faces responding to something a witness says. This indicates the show has quite a small budget or that it was made in a hurry. Maybe it's a product of this new Covidocracy we live under, but the entire programme is anchored in their research hub, which is at an "undisclosed location", in other words, the History studio's address. Craig and Sarah never visit any of the sites or speak to the witnesses and researchers face-to-face. Just when you thought it was finally possible to make a UFO programme without him, they wheel in the inevitable and omnipresent Popester. Nick Pope vanished from the UFO scene in 2012, at least in Britain; but since 2017 he has returned to the fold. He pops up now all over the place. The programme is succinctly factual. It covers the basic points reasonably well. However it lacks the scope and depth necessary to get to grips with the richness and controversy of the case; partly because it is such a short programme. For instance, Sarah claims that if the red jacket people were part of a crash-retrieval team, nobody would have been allowed close enough to take photos of them. Not necessarily. They had a cover story instead and that setting up cordons is not always possible in a populated area; and can add to the attention levelled at the event. Pentyrch may not be a big city, but it is not rural New Mexico either. The cover story they gave locals changed as well; but the fact is they were armed. How many Vodaphone engineers go about their business tooled up? The fact that there are other witnesses is omitted. I've interviewed one of them. A third one has come forward with interesting photographs and a video. Craig and Sarah interview Caz and Gari, and also Emlyn Williams of the Swansea UFO Network. Emlyn talks about the EMF survey he did in Smilog Woods and Sarah dismisses it, saying Emlyn didn't do it properly. However, I'm sure Emlyn's interview is edited down. We know the mainstream media do this to confuse and mislead. Also, when it comes to EMF surveys, why did they not mention Gari's project in the Pentyrch fields? He has the whole report published in his book, along with a description in his interviews with me on HPANWO TV and Radio. In the closing credits, there is a statement: "Since the filming of this programme Emlyn Williams no longer has confidence that the Pentyrch incident occurred as described". Craig Charles- UFO Conspiracies was not bad. It might have been better if it had been longer, probably at least twice as long. It would have had a chance to explain why the Pentyrch incident could not possibly have been Operation Chameleon, which is what a lot of skeptics claim. Skeptic Copium

 

One question I often ask myself is: How would the skeptics deal with their own beliefs being proven untrue? Like with UFO's. What will the skeptics say and do when Disclosure happens? Readers of Roswell Rising- a Novel of Disclosure will know that in the fictional scenario I invented for the story, the skeptics all commit mass suicide, see: http://hpanwo-bb.blogspot.com/2016/08/roswell-rising-is-here.html. I actually think that would not happen in real life and I included it in the plot as a comedic jibe aimed at the skeptics. We actually do not have to speculate what they would do, because in some cases we already know because it's happened to them. I'm talking of course about Michael Shermer, see: https://hpanwo-voice.blogspot.com/2018/06/michael-shermer-update-2.html. How a skeptic responds depends on the individual. The more arrogant and spiteful among their number, such as Prof. Brian Cox, will not have the emotional maturity to endure such a demolition of their ego-fuelled worldview. They will probably retire from the public eye. The more genial and open-minded, like Prof. Chris French and Mick West, will probably honestly swallow their humble pie and admit they were wrong all along. Another possibility is that some will attempt to rewrite their own history. "I said all along UFO's were aliens didn't I?" they will plaintively appeal. Of course in that situation we will have to remind them that they did in fact not; and we have them on record many times stating so. Nevertheless personal historical revisionism is surprisingly effective even when blatantly contradicted by facts. One science pundit who appears currently to be attempting some kind of controlled transformation is Prof. Simon Holland. Prof. Holland is a science vlogger on YouTube. With his fluffy white hair, educated Scottish accent and big spectacles he is the perfect portrait of a scientist. He covers many different subjects and sometimes delves into the weird and esoteric. Yet in his more recent material he appears to be changing his views in a very slow and subtle way. Is his change of mind a natural unconscious drift of opinion caused by new evidence, like Michael Shermer, or does he see the writing on the wall and this is a conscious strategy to bury his past; to slide his way quietly up the starting grid in order to get to pole position before the Disclosure bomb finally drops?

Blackout

 

Blackout is a 2013 dystopian found footage TV drama from Channel 4 that tells the story of a nationwide power-cut in Britain that lasts an entire week. The cause of the loss of electricity is not comprehensively revealed, but there are many things, both natural and artificial, that could make this scenario a reality; a cyber attack, an earthquake, a hurricane, a deliberate government shutdown (by far the most likely), an electromagnetic pulse from a high altitude nuclear explosion or a Carrington event, that is a freak radiation burst from the sun. The scale of the catastrophe is revealed mostly through a series of video diaries and it illustrates how dependent civilization is on the functional supply of electricity. Without it people are trapped in a world where they can't buy anything, they can't fuel their cars, public transport isn't running, there is no artificial lighting at night, no heating, the mains water and gas fail; and worst of all, they might even be stuck in a lift. Some places have backup generators, like hospitals. My own had over a week's supply of fuel for two big diesel powered ones; but most other places do not. Of course this is partly deliberate for the same reason our generation methods are what they are; because it gives authorities control over the population. No doubt the disaster portrayed in Blackout would be met with a dismissive shrug, or even glee, in some quarters.
