Larry Warren was On Duty- Part 2

David Young has not heeded the warnings of those trying to prevent him turning himself into a public laughing stock. First he tried to convince us that Larry Warren was not on duty when the Rendlesham Forest UFO incident happened, see: http://hpanwo-voice.blogspot.com/2020/03/larry-warren-was-on-duty.html. Now he reckons Larry was not even a qualified security guard. David has once again been joined by his collaborator Donald Laisure to propose some more claims. First of all, they once more bring up that old chestnut of Larry faking his documents. This is because Larry is listed on his D Flight assignment form, dated December the 3rd, as an Airman First Class. Donald thinks that it's not possible for him to have achieved that rank so soon after his first deployment. His title should simply have been Airman, as it was when he passed out of training on October the 28th 1980. It takes six months for a recruit to reach the level of A1C, which means Larry should only have been able to be called Airman First Class in late March at the earliest. However Larry has a photo of himself at a social event in February 1981 wearing his dress uniform; he was part of the honour guard. (This also disproves Col. Halt's assertion that Larry was on punishment duty, cleaning up rubbish etc.) It distinctly displays the US Air Force A1C badge on his arm that is illustrated above. Source: https://youtu.be/qpW_HX-neuk?t=5654; also see illustration below. This means it must be possible to reach A1C in a shorter time period than six months, from which we must conclude that Donald's timeline is actually not evidence Larry's document is faked. The same goes for "PRP", the qualification to allow a serviceman to work with nuclear weapons.
Donald Laisure notices some other discrepancies between his own paperwork and Larry's welcome letter to RAF Bentwaters-Woodbridge. Both men are told to report for duty to a Sergeant Kiner when they arrive in the UK; yet according to Larry's letter, Sgt. Kiner gets into his office at 7.30 AM while with Donald it is 8 AM. This is a discrepancy, but it could be explained by Sgt. Kiner's office hours being altered slightly. Isn't that a more likely explanation? This happens regularly in any large institution. David and Donald bring up a few more technicalities like that which, in my view, can be explained in similar terms. It is very speculative to use them as evidence that Larry allegedly forged these forms. They do present a second group photo, this time with just four other men, and it's a lot clearer than the last one. It has the caption: "Heading back to the US in May 1981. Larry Warren with Greg Battram, Larry Walls and two members of D Flight." Don does not recognize any of these men as being members of D Flight. Again, this is a weak point that can be explained through other causes than fraud. Anyway, the caption was written by Peter Robbins, not Larry. Then the two men really clutch at straws when they highlight what they claim is a mistake Larry made mixing up a photograph of security police at RAF Upper Heyford in Oxfordshire with those at Bentwaters. Who doesn't make errors like that occasionally? However, Larry says he didn't even make that mistake at all. He just said he didn't recognize the people in it. The Capel Green social media team have also said: "We chose this image to represent what a flight team looked like back in the day, no claim was made that it was Bentwaters, it is marked as D flight 1980 Upper Heyford, but it sure has produced some great comments. Also we liked it because of the M60 on the right hand side, some people have claimed that you guys never had access to such weapons! Thanks all." David and Donald also claim that Larry doesn't know how to handle a service rifle because he holds it wrongly. Their basis for this is not any old photo of Larry actually in the USAF, it is a single publicity photo from the location shoot of Capel Green, see: https://hpanwo-voice.blogspot.com/2018/09/capel-green-update.html. However, there are other photos in that series of Larry holding the weapon correctly, in fact he was coaching the actor playing his younger self how to avoid common errors you sometimes see in films with military scenes. There is another photo of Larry holding the prop correctly. Donald also criticizes Larry's actor for wearing his beret wrongly. Donald and David obviously belong to the Kevin Randle School of Cinematic Purity. So what if the actor's beret is worn incorrectly? How does this effect whether or not Larry is a liar? Besides that, a later shot shows Larry helping the young actor fold his beret flap down in the correct manner. Source: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tTgXY2wxlrE. I really hope that this tiresome rigmarole soon comes to an end; however, I will be speaking publicly to refute any deception made about Larry Warren's involvement in the Rendlesham Forest incident as and when required, and so David Young and his fellow detractors had better learn to expect that.

  1. In the Air Force you could sign up for 6 years of Active Duty and leave BMT as an E-3, AIC. Case closed

"Folks an FYI..i wont watch anything that the Troll and Thief David Young talks in , his female like voice puts me off as it is,,,his stealing my images and Capel Green images ...after he has been warned to stop makes me want to take a lil trip to suffolk to have our long over due chat ! That said, the Photo that Lori Rehfeldt mentions is from my Book and is not all D flight people...so young on only that partial point is correct.....the caption under the photo was written by Peter Robbins and is not fully correct as one person was with the 67th arrs.......i spent 30 years correcting Robbins , whom would say anything just to run his mouth...and my facts he loved to represent...to the point that some asked if he too was involved in the RFI....(strange as he was a nam draft dodger ) i was not in the city at the time MY book was being produced by PGW.....and All to often i left those tasks to Robbins...my doing so and on numerous issiues has cost me dearly...so i own that !...when the book came out in 1997 it was to late to fix his Errors ie like the caption under the photo in question...and frankly was not a big deal to me or the books readers......again i put trust in a person i should not have...even my family knew he was a wrongin !....but a nice guy..my ass..so thats the fact of the matter. And This is a Truth Page !.......Ben Emlyn-Jones a lil fact for your lil project cheers" by Larry Warren

  6. "100% correct, I posted the picture on the official CG page as an example of a flight unit of that time, the trolls twisted it to first say CG research is poor as we tried to say it was D flight Bentwaters, Larry just commented on it in respect and now they are trying to say Larry supplied the image to CG as his D flight unit but has been caught out. They are so sad" By Tino Megaro
