The UK
government is in crisis following a breakdown in the Brexit negotiations
process; see here for essential background: http://hpanwo-voice.blogspot.com/2018/06/happy-independence-day.html.
Both the Home Secretary, Boris Johnson, and the Brexit Secretary, David Davis, have
resigned. Davis claims that the
whole deal was being set up to give the mere illusion of UK
parliamentary independence... duh! As is often the case, Dave Cullen,
"Computing Forever", has provided an excellent commentary, see: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V3jZ2KDSqa8.
Actually I quite like David Davis; he's a libertarian who opposed the absurdly
abortive National ID Card scheme. David Icke ran for parliament after he left
office at the famous and fun-filled 2008 Haltemprice and
Howden by-election, see: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t1CLR6D9u9s.
Davis has since returned to power
and has been trying to manage the government's so-called "Brexit
deal". Boris Johnson has not yet commented and nobody knows where he is
right now. The Prime Minister, Theresa May, has replaced David Davis with
Dominic Raab, a young former lawyer who is also a Brexiteer... supposedly. Source:
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-44763998.
This incident is going to be a huge test of whether the "2016
effect" still has any influence. If Brexit has been sabotaged, as I
suggested in the background article above, then they have hopefully overplayed
their move and it has failed. It all depends on what happens next. Will May
resign? Will Jacob Rees-Mogg take over as Prime Minister? As I said at the
time, I can't believe Theresa May has lasted as long as she has. Most people
have forgotten that she only has minority rule and held on to power by her
fingernails through a desperate coalition with the violent religious cult that
goes under the guise of the Democratic Unionist Party, see: https://hpanwo-voice.blogspot.com/2017/06/tories-and-dup.html.
Time will tell. If May gets kicked out of office as she deserves to be, and is
replaced by one of her globalist lackeys then we'll know that once again the
Empire has Struck Back; but hopefully that will not happen. If all goes well JRM
will shortly be in Downing Street soon and Brexit will
happen the way it's supposed to.

Hi Sir, why does a seemingly down to earth working class lad like yourself want some old upper-class Etonian fool like Mogg to be PM? Turkeys voting for Christmas springs to mind. You do realise he couldn't give a shit about poverty in this country and certainly doesn't give a shit about you.
ReplyDeletePolly.
I really thought you were meant to be fighting the system not endorsing Multi-millionaire Etonians to be Prime Minister. You should be ashamed; all the people who have supported you over the years you have now let down. I've lobbed the only copy I had of your Roswell book in the recycling bin.
ReplyDeleteBad show.
I bet you don't have the guts to publish this.
Lilly
Hiya Ben, fully agree with you about what you say in this blog. Mogg would be a fine Prime Minister and whip the lower classes into action by first lowering the minimum wage to there being no minimum wage. Plus, with me being a catholic and a hospital porter I would feel the return of the halcyon days that this country deserves.
ReplyDeleteHow is the triquel of Roswell going?
Alice
Alice is just being sarcastic...
ReplyDeletePolly and Lilly. You totally misjudge JRM and therefore totally misjudge me. I don't care about his class background because I am not an inverted snob. If he didn't care about poverty then why has he not joined the Remoaners who want to keep Britain under occupation by a continental dictatorship that regards people are mere "carbon footprints" as said in Agenda 21?
ReplyDeleteHi again Ben. I'm sorry but your response sounds a trifle glib re JRM. George Orwell once described Britain as the most class ridden country on earth. He wrote those words about 80 years ago and yet little has changed. The UK is currently the worst country for social mobility in the developed world(I can provide a link if you wish) . That is a fact. JRM represents the old anti meritocracy elite. He is about patronage, deference and a sort of divine right to rule. He has voted against extra funding for the NHS and he has voted against a bill that would have compelled landlords (he is a landlord) to make properties fit for habitation. He is therefore demonstrably anti working class. I could go on but I'm amazed that a conspiracy theorist like you supports so passionately an unashamed elitist. I would like to see Britain become a classless society. Wouldn't that be great? People getting on in life based on merit and not social privilege? I'm sorry but saying that Mogg wants to get rid of poverty by backing Brexit is just ludicrous especially as you have no evidence for it. Will he retain minimum wages or will he want to turn the clock back a hundred years for the working class? By the way I'm not particularly left wing but I abhor elitism and I especially abhor deference."I hate people who love their executioners" to quote Jean Paul Sartre Cheers. Ade
ReplyDeletePolly, Lilly, and Alice, an untrustworthy triumvirate, straight out of a Lewis Carroll novel :). I agree with your piece Ben (Moggo, especially) but not with the characterisation of the DUP; after all, it is the very violent stubbornness of the Scotch-Irish Protestants that remains the last stand of Western Europe against the globalist EU abortionists.
ReplyDeleteI too support Mogg. He's a real gentleman and like you say Ben he truly cares about the people, not just the rich and posh but also the poor. Wages would certainly increase under a JRM government and I would stake my life on it. By the way Ben what do you think of Dominic Raab the Brexit replacement for Davis? He's a hell of a guy. Totally down on feminism and cultural marxism. He rightly is against welfare and he thinks those who use food banks just can't manage their finances. That is certainly the case but this man has the balls to say it. I hope you'll give him your full support Ben. For once we have a bloke who we can trust in office. Cheers. Darren Wells.
ReplyDeleteAdrian. I don't think a classless society is a good idea. It would need enforced equality to endure. This is essentially authoritarian.
ReplyDeleteLaurence, I say more about the DUP in the link in the text, and I did state I support many of their principles.
ReplyDeleteDarren, I don't know much about Dominic Raab, except that he professes that he's a Brexiteer. He's a former lawyer and rather young to be in such a senior position.
ReplyDeleteHi Ben, thanks for the reply. I'm not talking about enforcing anything. Look at the USA, it is actually very classless yet its also culturally conservative. Yes its a young nation but it is resolutely a meritocracy. All other countries in the developed world are relatively classless except for the UK. It's our culture of deference which needs to change and no Ben that does not require a dystopian apocalyptic 1984 society. Please explain why you think that is the case? Surely everyone should have a chance otherwise do we go down the road of say a caste based society? Should we preserve or even fight for privilege do you think? Cheers, Ade
ReplyDelete"Adrian. I don't think a classless society is a good idea. It would need enforced equality to endure. This is essentially authoritarian." Are you joking about here? Look at Iceland or Finland or Switzerland or France, too. They are very developed countries and they don't have class systems. Yes some people are rich and some are poor but all the wealth is spread out more evenly then it is in the UK.
ReplyDeleteChris
Hello Ben, apologies, I did not reread the earlier article viz., "The DUP, ironically, presents many opinions I agree with, such as the need for a hard Brexit, opposition to abortion and opposition to internationalism based on climate change." Misery acquaints a man with strange bedfellows.
ReplyDeleteHi again mate. I know you do care about democracy and you abhor authoritarianism for your work clearly points to this, but I think you're wrong about not wanting reform of our Etonian/Oxbridge ran institutions. The House of Lords, the Judiciary, the Civil Service all controlled by the elite and often dynasties/bloodlines. That is not very democratic surely? I think we should start with abolition of the archaic wholly undemocratic House of Lords. Also when the Queen dies, support for the Monarchy (already weak) will plummet. The elitist establishment will try to prop it up but it isn't sustainable is it? . There has to be progress and increased democratisation. A democracy shouldn't be just just a matter of being able to vote every five years but should mean equality of opportunity to participate actively in public life, in leadership positions of the institutions and state.
ReplyDeleteTony Benn was right about the Monarchy and House of Lords particularly about celebrating elitism, privilege, patronage and deference and so perpetuating our rigid and quite unique class system.
You say you are against authoritarianism but if you accept we are living in an elite ran society then surely that means we don't live in a democracy? Love to hear your views Ben. Cheers, Ade.
No problem, Laurence. I recommend Andrew Power's book "Ireland- Land of the Pharaohs for more information.
ReplyDeleteAde, I think my main objection is because such a change, when planned in advance, would need social engineering to achieve. This would end in disaster, as it always does.
ReplyDeleteChris, those countries DO have class systems. I think we define class in different ways. If you mean that they are republics, then yes. Of course they have no aristocracy. However, they do have an elite. The USA has one that is like the European aristocracy in all but name.
ReplyDeleteYou live in a bedsit and share a toilet with strangers. Why on earth would you endorse someone, Mogg, who is so hideously upper class and privileged that to him you are literally scum, scum and nothing?
ReplyDeletePlease just explain this strange logic to me?
Chris
Hi Ben, sorry but relative to the UK those Scandinavian countries are classless. The level of social class in the nordic states is nothing like what we're accustomed to here in Britain. If you're born into poverty in the UK, the chances are is that you'll die in poverty. This is a statistical fact. Without an establishment based only on elitism and ultra conservatism there is nowhere near the snobbery that defines the UK. Life chances without an elitist society are infinitely better, more democratic, more civilised. Cheers. Ade
ReplyDeleteHi again. I have mentioned certain reforms and abolition to entrenched elitist undemocratic institutions. I don't see why that would have to end in disaster. I'm not even talking of getting rid of capitalism, merely making Britain more democratic. Thanks. Ade
ReplyDeleteA response to Adrian and Chris. Ben is correct here; Ireland (where I am from), formerly part of the UK, became a republic in 1922 with the intention of forming an egalitarian society. However, all that happened was a changing of the guard and a power grab by self-interested parties, who saw independence simply as an opportunity for themselves. The propaganda, as Ben has wrote about before, since then has been to consistently set the population against the one common enemy, "the Brits", as though we have no other enemy. This has left the door wide open for far more serious threats; consequently, we now have our own, very much more insidious, elites, who actively oppose the populace in favour of EU/US laws and corporations, resulting in an effective NWO-controlled state.
ReplyDeleteChris, that is totally unfair to Mogg. It's a very normal part of left wing paranoia that you see JRM's character like that just because he is rich and upper class. I don't share your inverted snobbery.
ReplyDeleteHi Ade. The thing is Scandinavia has been affected much worse by this agenda than almost anywhere else. What does that tell you?
ReplyDeleteLaurence, thanks to a new generation of much more worldly-wise Irishmen, including you, your great nation can hopefully be saved. There is a large and growing anti-NWO movement in Ireland such as TNS Radio and Irish Side of the Moon.
ReplyDeleteHi Ben, so best stick with an archaic elitist society then like the UK rather than enjoy a more democratic society as found in the Scandinavian States? Have you ever read the rankings of the world happiness surveys? Check it out on Wikipedia. All, yes ALL the social democratic states from Canada to Scandinavia and New Zealand are all ranked as the happiest in the world, right at the top of the scale. The UK is at a fairly miserable 17th. You don't have to be a social scientist to see that social democracy correlates with improved wellbeing. Do you not agree that government should increase happiness for the greatest number, or as it does in elitist Britain run it ONLY for the good of the elite? Thanks, Ade
ReplyDeleteAre you actually against elitism in any sense at all? A pro elite conspiracy theorist is an unusual concept. Are the masses conspiring against the establishment that we need to protect? Poor things. Ade
ReplyDeleteAdrian, that is simply not true. See my article "Bhutan- the Happiest Country in the World". As for your second post, you have not understood what I have said about the nature of the modern strategy of the NWO.
ReplyDeleteHi Ben, are you saying the World Happiness survey is not true? Latest ranking has Finland as happiest nation in the world and note all other social democratic states close behind while the neoliberal UK a rather miserable 19th. Your Bhutan doesn't feature at all. How did you decide it was the happiest country? I would rather trust a systematised relativised scientifically evaluated world survey than some subjective personal preference which is what your Bhutan seems to be. I can only conclude that you've never heard of the World Happiness Survey and when I mentioned it you never bothered to check it out. Well here are the latest findings courtesy of Wikipedia:
ReplyDeletehttps://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/World_Happiness_Report
So sorry Ben. I was wrong. Bhutan DOES feature in the World Happiness Survey. Yes it's ranked 97th happiest country!!
