All People to be Microchipped within a Decade

It warns that the call to implant RFID chips in all people is being "seriously debated". I've been warning about this too, for many years; ever since my daughter came home from school in 2006 and told me the teachers were planning to take her fingerprints without my permission, see: http://hpanwo.blogspot.co.uk/2007/11/this-is-drawing-done-by-my-12-year-old.html. The hazards associated with an electronic database of people including internal tags are enormous. Over the years I've also been tracking the authorities' methods of persuasion, to make it appear worth our while to be implanted with electronic devices. Many people want the Government to give them a quick and easy answer to these problems... or perceived problems, and a large proportion are willing to pay for that answer with their freedom and civil rights. As you can see in the above article, pilot schemes are well underway. There's not much more I can add on HPANWO to discussion of this subject. We're close to the point now when our rulers will be giving us a simple "yes" or "no" answer to whether this system is implemented or not, the system for which they've been preparing the ground for over a decade. Are there enough people aware enough to say "no" that the system will be unworkable? I hope so. 

Benefits Street

Benefits Street is a slice-of-life documentary about the residents of James Turner Street in Birmingham which is one of the poorest in the country. When I saw the trailers for it I was expecting it to be another piece of slanderous drivel to motivate the forces in the War On The Unemployed, another one like this toxic travesty: http://hpanwo-voice.blogspot.co.uk/2013/10/on-benefits-and-proud.html. However it had a very different tone indeed. For the most part it portrayed the characters fairly compassionately and left the viewer in no doubt that they were experiencing genuine poverty. The people who live on the street appear to enjoy a healthy sense of social cohesion which is rare in this world nowadays. They often loiter in their front gardens and on the pavement chatting and even put furniture out there in nice weather. One of the women, "White Dee" has a family of her own, but has also taken on the role of community matriarch, acting as a surrogate mother to many of the young adults. I notice that one of her neighbours, a young woman known as "Black Dee", calls her "mum" although they're obviously not related. She helps people fill out forms, deal with telephone helplines and even looks after their money. One of her charges is a man called "Fungi" who gives White Dee every penny he takes out of the bank for safekeeping; she says she's trying to keep him off drink and drugs. Fungi does odd jobs for her in return for a cup of tea or a sandwich. There are many scenes in which the characters talk about the effect the Government benefit cuts have had on them, like the young couple Mark and Becky who have had their Job Seekers Allowance "sanctioned", a fate that has become virtually impossible to avoid, see: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0XLgg75stn4. Black Dee is about to be evicted due to just £200 of rent arrears. At the same time her housing benefit doesn't meet the sum necessary. Some of the people in the street turn to crime, but not as many as The Daily Mail would have you believe. One man, Danny, is a qualified sports instructor and five-a-side football referee, but his only "work" is shoplifting to support his drug addiction. Fungi is his best friend and accompanies him on his escapades. Fungi's own scams for making a few bob are only borderline criminal and quite riotous. He takes a bunch of brochures from a travel agents and then sells them pretending they're the Big Issue! Amazingly some passing shoppers and motorists buy them before realizing that they're just free travel brochures. Many of the people in the street are trying hard to earn a living by legal means; one particularly admirable individual was a young man called "Smoggy" who is known as "the 50p Man" because he sells small samples of everything he can for just 50p from the boot of his car. Along with his initiative and sense of enterprise, his poverty has not robbed him of his kindness either, and he gives Becky some free products when he finds out her JSA has been sanctioned. Another man, filmed anonymously, is growing marijuana in his spare bedroom to pay his Bedroom Tax; I don't consider this criminal myself, but the statute law does.

It's interesting to compare the street in the programme to my own. In my street there is some poverty, I myself would be definitely categorized as part of the "precariat", but I think most people are working. However I know the name of only one person who lives outside my own flat, the man above me, and we're not friends. People tend to ignore each other when they're on the street and there's an undertone of distrust. The street in the programme is like a big family, and indeed White Dee says that at one point in as many words. She adds: "All the money in the world and you'll have nothing compared to what we've got round here." After Black Dee has just heard how her housing benefit will not be raised, she says how if she had all the money she needed she'd still live on the street; and she'd spend her money on her neighbours as well as herself. I found this a very ambivalent programme. On the one hand it was disheartening to watch the outcome of the brutal treatment of poor people in our world by the Government; some of the scenarioes in the programme were truly Dickensian. However alongside that is a homage to the human spirit; these people have a sense of camaraderie and mutual trust that is truly rare and precious. I wonder how many viewers envy that; I do. In this way Benefits Street is deeply poignant. It reminds me very much of George Orwell's book Down and Out in Paris and London which combines his furious polemic against poverty and social violence with his admiration for the dignity and humanity of the people suffering in the face of adversity. It's clear that I am definitely in a minority in my opinion. So be it. I have to call it as I see it; if I thought this was propaganda I would say so, see the above link to my review of On Benefits and Proud, but I don't think it is. Or if it is intended to be propaganda then it's an extremely bad job!

Crop Circle in California

It's the middle of winter so you may be wondering why I'm writing about crop circles now; that's usually a strictly seasonal activity for me. This is because an amazing crop circle has appeared in a field, but this time in California, USA; see: http://www.cropcircleconnector.com/2013/chualar/chualar2013a.html. The matrix is mature barley and the formation was first reported on the 30th of December in Chualar, Monterrey County. It's attracted visitors from miles around, causing some concern for the farmer who has employed a chartered security firm to prevent onlookers from entering the field. Of course this is not the first time a crop circle has appeared in that part of the world. The phenomenon is centred on southern England, but is today a truly a global one. However this particular formation is unusual for its intricacy, it shows a developed sophistication usually confined to the English ones. Its theme combines nested squares and oblongs framed by a large ring broken by smaller circles. There's a hint of relief or perspective in the relationship between the outer ring and the circles placed on it. To my eyes it resembles a microprocessor; and appropriately Silicon Valley is not far away from the location. The most interesting part is the centre oblong because its textured interior spells out a message in Braille, the tactile script by which blind people can read. The text reads: "192, 192, B, 192, 1, 192. 192". I don't know what this means, however if you imagine the outer ring to be a clock face then the circles are placed where the numbers 1, 9 and 2 would be.

A video was released anonymously on YouTube which shows two men driving along the road by the field in the early hours of the morning when the camera captures a series of bright green flashes of light in the field where the crop circle appears. The driver stops the car and the men enter the field to see the newly formed crop circle, see: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Eoz0QUYU45o. However since then another video has been released by the Nvidia Corporation claiming that the Chualar crop circle was actually made by them as a viral marketing ploy to announce their new Tegra K1 mobile chip. The video includes interviews with the man-made circle makers "Rob" and "John" who were employed by Nvidia to create the circle, with the farmer's cooperation, see: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5LJCTnNmT48. This could mean that the mystery has now been solved. However, it's possible that the crop circle is genuine and that somebody decided that a cover-up was in order. They then persuaded Nvidia to come on board, hastily produce the above video and pretend it was their idea from the start. In the world of disinformation this trick is known as "backfilling". The Chualar crop circle was sadly obliterated by the farmer the following day; this is an all too common occurrence nowadays, see: http://hpanwo-voice.blogspot.co.uk/2009/06/are-crop-circles-being-erased.html. Most farmers in England seem to have reluctantly come to terms with the crop circle phenomenon, but not so in other places. Then again, if this formation was indeed commissioned by Nvidia then the destruction of it, after just twenty-four hours, might have been part of the deal.

Thatcher's Secrets

A newly-released batch of files from the National Archives in Kew, London reveals a dark side to 20th century Britain's most famous, and infamous, Prime Minister. These documents were declassified under the Public Records Act of 1958, known as the "Thirty Year Rule", which automatically publishes all UK Cabinet minutes after thirty years have passed... unless, or course, they are further protected under different legislation. 2014 is the thirtieth anniversary of the 1984 miners' strike, the longest and most bitter industrial dispute in British history; and the minutes expose some remarkable and unsettling background information on it. In early 1984 Margaret Thatcher's Government announced the closure of 70 of the UK's 174 coal mines. This would result in the loss of over 70,000 jobs. That was just to begin with; mining was the foundation of the economy for South Wales, the North of England and several other areas. The loss of the mines would be catastrophic to those economies, and it was. The National Union of Mineworkers called an all-out strike which lasted an entire year. Some people of a conservative persuasion have described it as a civil war, a leftist insurgency or even "a moment in which free civilization hung in the balance!" I always assumed this was just the shrill rhetoric of the tabloid press, but it seems the Government at the time were thinking along similar lines. Thatcher had learned the lessons of the miners' strike of ten years previously, which ended in the resignation of then Prime Minister Edward Heath; she had a stockpile of surplus coal and a special fleet of lorries to distribute it in case the railwaymen came out in support of the miners. After such a long struggle, the miners' will to resist was worn down and they returned to work defeated, those few who still had jobs to return to. Today there are only six working coal mines left in Britain and most of the power stations of this country import coal from Russia. Former head of the MI5 intelligence service Dame Stella Rimmington, the person on whom Judi Dench's character "M" in the James Bond films is based on, wrote a book in 2001 claiming that during the miners' strike Thatcher used the intelligence services to spy on leading members of the striker community. This has now been confirmed by these newly-released documents. MI5 did indeed monitor the movements and finances of NUM members. It was suspected that the Soviet Union was bankrolling the strike in secret. NUM leader Arthur Scargill was accused of setting up a funnel of cash from miners in Russia, with the Kremlin's approval, via the Communist Party of Great Britain. Also Thatcher at one point was close to declaring a state of emergency and calling in the armed forces to keep the wheels of the nation turning as the strike expanded. Would they have also been used for constabulary missions too? Martial law?

These new documents also reveal more bizarre misdeeds going on behind the locked doors of the Cabinet Room in Number 10. Also in 1984 another crisis broke out at the Libyan Embassy in London when a group of expatriate protestors who were opposed to the rule of Colonel Muammar Gaddafi stormed the building and tried to take it over. The Libyan ambassadorial staff members were armed and at one point opened fire on the mob surrounding the building. Eleven people were hit and a young policewoman, WPC Yvonne Fletcher, was killed. The newly-released documents reveal that the Government knew that there could be a shoot-out during the siege because a man in Libya in the British ambassador's staff was told by a Libyan diplomat that the Embassy was protected by armed men who were ordered to use their weapons if necessary. There are other even stranger stories, like how the French secret service planted a bomb in the British Embassy in Paris. This was supposedly to "test security", but what was really going on? France was a bit of a loose cannon during the Cold War, neither wholly on one side nor the other, with a strong Communist Party that had several seats in L'Assemblee National, France's parliament. In fact in his book Spy Catcher, which was banned in the UK, MI5 agent Peter Wright spent more time spying on the French than the Soviets. The president at the time, Francois Mitterrand, never got on with his opposite number in London and has claimed that during the Falklands War Thatcher demanded intelligence from him on Argentina's French-built Exocet anti-ship cruise missiles which had destroyed a number of British ships. If this is true then the subject was not brought up in Cabinet meetings because the Thirty Year Rule passed on the Falklands in 2012.

I've said before that in a strange way I feel better disposed towards Margaret Thatcher than I do any of her successors or antecedents. She was unique among statesmen for her honesty, her lack of hypocrisy, see: http://hpanwo-voice.blogspot.co.uk/2013/04/maggie-and-kim_20.html. Ironically, she was an enemy you could trust. However, it's clear that she was not completely devoid of a dark underbelly. These new revelations have got me thinking. If this information has remained secret for so long, then what else is there that has not been exposed yet? As I said above, it's perfectly possible that some of these Cabinet minutes from 1984 will still be held back under other legislation protecting national secrets. I'm curious to see what will be released next year under the Thirty Year Rule. This is because 2015 will mark the thirtieth anniversary of the Battle of the Beanfield in which riot police stormed a camp of peaceful non-conformist travellers and evicted them with gratuitous brutality, see: http://hpanwo-tv.blogspot.co.uk/2012/07/battle-of-beanfield.html. Will we finally have official confirmation of what I've always suspected, that the Beanfield community were crushed because of the threat they posed to the conformist status quo, economically, socially, culturally and spiritually? I look forward to finding out; but I suspect that a secret on that scale will be one too sensitive for the public to know about and that it will remain hidden, locked in a secret vault, deep below the streets of Kew. There it will stay until enough people stand up to the authorities and refuse to take "no" for an answer any more. Zombie Update

Some of you will have seen my recent live lecture on the terrifying possibility of real zombies in this world. These two men have made some of the same discoveries that I have, but have also researched into other related areas. This programme delves into the scientific possibilities involved with the cause of zombification, as I do myself during my speech linked above. The feasibility of the issue has even encouraged some members of the prepper community to include it on their list of nightmares that they're planning to survive. Remarkably the show takes seriously the notion that a government conspiracy might be behind a zombie plague, either through the testing of a new drug or a biological warfare attack. The Plum Island Animal Disease Centre is a well-known and highly secretive research facility run by the US Department of Agriculture and was part of the Cold War biowarfare programme. Today we've been told that the biowarfare programme has been terminated, but has it? It might also be behind the strange "Montauk Monster" a body which washed up on a beach near Plum Island, see: http://www.montauk-monster.com/; Skeptics say it's just a dead racoon, but is it? Today a second secure laboratory is being built to replace the aging Plum Island facility, but instead of being placed on an island to contain an escape of any infected animal, this one will be located in Manhattan, Kansas; close to the geographical centre of North America. If you wanted to start a pandemic, it would be the ideal place. The National Bio and Agro Defence Facility will open within the next couple of years and will be operated by the Department of Homeland Security, see: http://www.dhs.gov/national-bio-and-agro-defense-facility. The most likely cause of any emergent disease in the human population will be a new one in animals that transfers to man. If an animal with a disease "escaped" from this new laboratory, the epidemic could go as far as you wanted it to.

As also I explain in my lecture linked above, one of the two cannibalistic "zombie attacks" that took place within a single day of each other in the United States in 2012 was blamed on a new drug known as "bath salts" that disrupts the central nervous system. The man shot dead in Florida after attempting to eat a sleeping tramp was supposedly intoxicated with bath salts. There's now a new and similar drug on the market, an opiate less than a tenth of the price of heroin. It's used mostly in Russia where its street name is Krokodil- "crocodile". Like bath salts it causes strange behaviour and eventually brain damage, but it also gives regular users scaly necrotic skin lesions, which is how it got its name. This necrosis of the skin is another feature of zombies. Krokodil has even become known as "the Zombie Drug", see: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=85R3rDLBIKk. It seems that more and more, as time goes on, evidence is coming forward to present the horrific possibility that a zombie apocalypse could really happen. This might be the tool which the Elite plan to use to justify all the measures they need for their totalitarian state. It could also pave the way for a new form of life, or "pseudo-life", in the human world or on the whole of planet Earth. But however horrific this notion is to talk about, it would be far more horrific is people were not talking about it. It looks as if the alternative research community is very much on the ball when it comes to this subject and we've got a good chance of exposing the conspiracy before it is unleashed on the innocents of the world.

"I have Nothing to Live for"

The youth welfare charity The Princes Trust has announced that depression among 16 to 25 year olds has reached endemic proportions. When asked in a survey whether they agree with the statement “I have nothing to live for”, 9% said yes. This works out as three quarters of a million people, see: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/education-25559089. Also a third of people in that age group out of work have contemplated suicide; that comes to about 15,000. We’re looking at a lost generation here. Why? The Princes Trust says that unemployment and the recession is the cause. It’s true that the economic terrorism that has struck the world is indeed to blame; and terrorism is what it is, it’s not something that’s “just happened”. The controlled demolition of our morale takes many other forms too. For instance it’s not just the level of unemployment that is so devastating, it’s the distinct cultural change of attitude that has emerged in recent years towards unemployment and unemployed people. Being out of work used to inspire compassion, it was seen as a misfortune and deserving of sympathy; today it’s regarded as a product of moral deficiency, laziness and cowardice; even treason. Modern media coverage of unemployment invariably emphasizes the amount of money unemployed people cost the state. I repeat, this is deliberate; it’s not just something that’s evolved by accident. Healing ourselves will need more than a 12% drop in unemployment or some new job creation scheme, it will require us to understand the nature of this attack on our spirit, the poisoning of our financial system and the degradation of our self-esteem. From this awareness must come the will to resist.
