Something strange happened last weekend. I was attending a Sunday
social at the Bases Project (sorry, I didn't film anything for it) and was in
the Bases Project Headquarters. Miles had been away for a week and I was house-sitting
until he came home. I noticed that a parcel had been delivered addressed to
"Dr Colon Woollyford". Sounds familiar? It had been in the post a
long time, almost two months! Well, it had a second class stamp on it so what
do you expect? Anyway my good friend, comrade and space brother Colin Woolford
turned up the next day and we assumed that the parcel was meant for him. Miles
decided that the piece of correspondence should be opened with some formality
and it should be recorded on camera for posterity. I, Ben F. Luent Jones was
honoured to play the role of master-of-ceremonies for the momentous event.

Alien Autopsy is actually quite a good film. Ant and Dec are not regular denizens of the fictional big screen, but they adapt to it very well. It tells the story of the famous alien autopsy footage mystery in the form of a dramatized comedy. Colin has radical opinions on the subject of the Santilli film and its true origins. He has studied it in great detail as his speciality. He and I differ quite a bit; but, to be honest, I've come round to wondering if he has a point. Certainly there has been a real alien autopsy film in circulation at some point in the late 1980's and if the Santilli film is not it then the real one was very similar. It begs the question of where the producers got the idea from.
